Walmart Auto Care Centers

Straight up horrible experience in every way possible. They need to shut their doors. Ordered 2 tires online (on the 23rd) for delivery straight to Walmart off their website to be installed on the 28th…This is where the trouble begins- the tires proceed to be delayed 3 separate times; my appoint canceled 3 separate times. This last time I received a text saying “your appointment has been canceled due to delays” as I was walking inside. I got inside and I asked what was going on. I see 2 ladies in the waiting room, they proceed to tell me how they’ve been waiting 3 HOURS for an oil change. I then talk to the guy at the front desk, who said it was his second day on the job and that they only have 1 tech working (none of the other techs showed up)... The most ridiculous, unprofessional and just worst all around customer experience. They need to close their doors. I mean what a sad sad excuse and joke of a “auto shop”. Now I’m here 3 canceled appointments later and they only have 1 tire delivered with the other siting in some wearhouse 30 minutes away for the last 4 days (according to the tracking). I thought maybe this was a one off but after looking at all the other horrible reviews I see this the standard for this joke of a “shop”

Arrived at 4pm open till 7 pm no vehicles being serviced or waiting. The tires I wanted were in stock but I was told to come back in 3 days, the worker was rude and seemed pussed a customer came in while he was smoking. So I took my business elsewhere.

Warning, do not go here. Constantly understaffed and unable to perform work. Made a first appointment that was canceled because they had no tech that day. Made a second appointment and showed up to find nobody was even working. This after they sent me three reminders for the appointment. Thanks for wasting my time.

Came in at 8am for service. I was told by female worker they do not open until 9am? I was also told they were doing appointment only due to only having one auto technician.

Horrible customer service. Ransford K was extremely rude. Had an attitude and was mumbling under his breath. I felt like a huge inconvenience. Will not be returning. It's not hard to just be decent to people and not have an attitude for no reason.

It took two and a half hours to install 4 tires. One tire was installed incorrectly, against the direction of rotation. It seems they can't read there. I will never come back here again.
