Customer service was bad had a appointment for 4pm waiting for 1hr then some how I was put last in line 6:30pm then the tire shop shuts down at 7pm they said we can’t put the tires on do to time closing time 6:45pm thanks for wasting my time.

The lady was nasty and rude and too busy to provide me with customer service. I was calling for tires and she begrudgingly gave me half and part information. Wasted my time. I won't be going here for them I tell u that much!

I had my car serviced at Auto Care Center, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their service. They just refused to replace my marine battery under warranty because they didn't have the exact model marine battery in stock. Offered to take a cheaper one said nope your out luck nobody can do a thing for you. What a joke

I was told my oil change would be $53 with tax and when I went to pay it was $11 more than what I was told because THEY were out of the oil filter THEY should have had stocked and charged me for it and never notified me. When I spoke with the manager all he told me was that he would use this as training. I was going to buy groceries with the extra $25 i had and couldn't because of that and he could have cared less. I asked him what they would have done had I not had the money to pay for it and he couldn't answer me! I will be calling the general manager of this store because when you order groceries from Walmart and they are out they will either replace it with a larger item or a different brand at no charge and if there is no replacement, notifies you. That is what should have been done here in this case and yes I understand $11 is not a lot but what if I needed that for diapers and formula and had to choose, because as he told me once the filter is off they can't put it back on. The employees yes messed up but this was extremely POOR management and very disappointing to see he wasn not budging on even giving me store credit for the inconvenience... Although he was pretty proud to tell me they credited the invoice $1.87 for the difference if the cost in oil filter!!! 😡😒
