Im very happy with the service and body work done. My Suv looks And drives like new. I must point out that having the option to get the vehicle picked up was a plus. I live on the upper east side of Manhattan and they were on time and very efficient. Thank you Pat and Roger.

This place is completely dishonest and untrustworthy. I feel I was scammed over a measly $125 just for diagnostic. I was foolish to trust and leave my 2010 Saab overnight for them to end up just plug in a odb scanner and show me a few codes. Then just tell me my ecu is faulty. They seemed very convincing on trying to help me but it was all false. Called continuesly through out a few weeks hoping that they would be able to get the problem fixed by replacing the ecu. To then all of sudden no answer. Turned out it did not have a faulty ecu, all along one of the ignition coils was burned, a bad maf and a oil leaking from the exaust.. Do not leave your vehicle here they sound very convincing but it is a guaranteed you are being ripped off!! Thank you for reading and good luck!

This place price gouges for maintenance just as much as the dealership. They will charge you 2 hours of labor for jobs that you can DIY in only 1 hour. If you want to be ripped off you might as well go to the dealership.
