A few weeks ago, I noticed the headlights on the left side of my car weren’t working properly. I decided to take it to a random auto shop called “Bronx Muffler,” where they replaced the battery with a new one. After that, the headlights worked fine—until about two weeks later, when the same issue started happening again. It was frustrating, and I didn’t want to deal with the same auto shop again, so I decided to look for a different place to get it fixed. I reached out to a good friend of mine, who works at an auto shop called “J & Santana Auto Repair.” When I went by the shop today, I caught up with her and explained the situation. She listened carefully and understood my frustration completely. She’s a real genuine, humble, and independent person who truly knows her stuff. She’ll tell you exactly what’s wrong with your car and make sure it gets fixed the right way. When I told her about my experience with the previous shop, she didn’t hold back. Vivian, the mechanic I spoke to, explained that some auto shops take advantage of their customers, and unfortunately, I had been one of those customers. She reassured me not to worry, as she would personally take care of the problem and have one of her team members resolve it. To make a long story short, once the work was completed, everything worked perfectly. To my surprise, Vivian only charged me $120 plus taxes, bringing the total to $136.09. I was shocked, especially since she told me this type of repair would normally cost over $220 at most places. Vivian was empathetic toward my situation—having been pulled over twice in one night by the NYPD, who gave me 24 hours to fix the issue—and she really looked out for me. I’ll always be grateful for her kindness and the fact that I found her and her shop. Vivian and her team at J & Santana Auto Repair are the only auto repair shop I trust without a doubt. Unlike other places that try to take advantage of customers or overcharge, Vivian and her team are honest, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers. The prices are fair, and they get straight to the point without wasting time. My family has been going to Santana for years and it’s always been a pleasant experience . They are very efficient and trustworthy so naturally everyone wants to bring their cars here ; keep in mind they have a high volume of cars they work on so call ahead to make an appointment ! Vivian is always super sweet & very informative and everyone who works there is super knowledgeable and friendly . They are very fair when it comes to pricing as many places charge way more for a half done job . Also any work they do on your vehicle has a 30 day warranty ! If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic to work on your vehicle this is the place .

Since the original owner has left, this car mechanic has been no good, unprofessional, and unreliable. They do not calm responsibility for any work they do. They only function by appointment even for an inspection. They tell you one price then they call you with another. They say your car is "Gucci" and it still doesn't work right. My car since it has left the shop has the check engine light that goes on and off. When you ask for them to resolve they say you have to wait and that they did you a favor. When I paid my repairs it wasn't a favor it was a job. I recommend any new customers not to waste your time.

Please don’t take you’re car there I got my car towed there it will not start they stood with it two weeks said need a new motor scion iq I said I don’t believe that were the car was working fine I towed it to a shop I trust know come to find out it was a fuse they tried to rip me of for 4,500 for new motor I called the shop were the was getting the motor was 800 dollars with a discount crazy Isaiah and Alex help me Vivian was not available at the moment I’m so embarrassed I took the car there I spent 600 tow trucks fees all of this could’ve been avoided if they diagnosed the car, correctly. Will report everything to the dmv.
