I was initially very happy with this service center. My TDI was diagnosed with a DPF failure. I was told I exhausted the warranty claim, although a claim was initially made within the time that my extended warranty was still valid. As opposed to finding a direct fix to my DPF issue, I was told the car is mechanically fine, but I cannot drive it as they cannot assure that a DPF sensor reset would work. Additionally, a regen was not performed as there was worry with my dual mass flywheel. I was recommended to take the car to, now defunct, Victory Auto Wreckers to have the car--whose engine and electronic system was completely viable--wrecked for absolute scrap money. I do not come from privilege where I can afford another car. That is why extended warranties and other insurances exist to my purchase. Recommending to someone in vulnerability that their car ought to be scrapped because of lack of incentive to do deeper inspections and mechanical work on the car is pure disrespect. I left hopeless. I got my car fixed privately. I now do most of the work on it myself. To the team, my DMF is now fixed. The car is still driving. I certainly will not be bringing my prized biodiesel back after that disrespect.

currently remodeling vw dealership, so we had to go next door to Ford dealership. a little bit confusing . service writers could use some more help. but they did their best and got me in and out professionally.
