Update: They put regular air in my nitrogen tires, hung up on me, lied about doing it, treated me like some dumb woman. I contacted the BBB, we agreed they would refund the cost so I can get them fixed, who knows if that will happen??? I now go to Honda Of Lisle, they are incredibly kind and thorough, I don't mind the 30-45 minute drive if it means I am treated well and trust the work 💯 ------------------------ Its a dealer service department so it is more expensive than your local shop, but their work is quality; you know it'll be done RIGHT. The waiting room is comfy, and it has a Starbucks machine, yum! I will say they kinda suck at doing things in a timely manner though. Despite having an appointment for a basic oil change, I showed up and saw 6 other people lined up in cars ahead of me, and who knows how many inside.. I had to sit there for over 2 hours, again, for an oil change 🤦‍♀️ They are either over booking, or just letting anyone in with no appointment... Thats all fine, when you have time, but I feel like they should definitely be prioritizing those of us who planned ahead and made appointments. I keep going because they are close and I trust their work... I just know to keep my schedule clear that day. Wish they'd fix this problem though.

Went in for my 1 free Oil Change and golly that's all they did. Like not even a hint of trying to go above and beyond. I mean, it's a leased car, so technically it belongs to them, but I asked for the tires to be rotated and that didn't happen, they didn't even spray it with a little water to rinse some of the salt and dirt off. You'd think they'd want a little free advertising with a clean, bright red, beautiful Accord rolling around like a billboard. Guess not, this was a very disappointing experience 😕. Can't expect too much these days or you'll be left feeling disappointed every single time. Unfortunately this is the new America, do as little as possible, but still want the world handed to you for nothing!!
