Both have been very nice and have answered any and all questions. I appreciate them allowing me a loaner vehicle. Customer service is 10/10 Thank you.

Very smooth service. The check in and drop off were smooth and the pickup time, while reasonably quoted, was actually quite a bit early. Very happy with my experience.

Three weeks ago, I purchased a 2024 certified pre-owned car from Grand Subaru. Within days, we noticed water pooling on the floor of the vehicle. We took the car back to Grand for a repair. (I shouldn't need to mention that a properly done certification inspection on a vehicle that was a dealer loaner should have caught this issue.) A few days after Grand "repaired" the issue, water continued to leak in the car. After feeling like the service department made light of the issue, we took the car to another Subaru dealership, who noted that the initial "repair" didn't fully address the issue. Thankfully, the other dealership fully repaired the issue (a clogged drain). We felt the Grand team made light of our concern, again on a newly purchased certified pre-owned vehicle. The carelessness of the service department doesn't imbue confidence in Grand, and we will/do not recommend Grand for future service.

Very clean place with coffee, water and snacks. Had to deal with a car problem that occurred at the beginning of a 3 week trip. Got some bad news on our 2012 Subaru, but the service department person gave an honest opinion about the future of our car, which was appreciated. People were very nice an accommodating here.

Great service. A bit on the busy side. Sometimes you end up waiting longer than you anticipate. Very informative with their findings. Pictures included. If you’re in a hurry make plans for transport. I’m ok with the wait.
