A very solid experience. I called the number, gave them the make and model of my vehicle. They told me what days they had open for appointments and I booked it. I actually had to move the appointment once. They were able to look up the old information and move the appointment. It took about 2 hours to get the windshield installed. Megan helped me out at the office and gave me status updates. Very happy and would recommend.

Walked in and both the receptionist and dispatcher were very helpful and wanted to help me and give me the best price. Was able to save over 50% of what the competitor was willing to do and was able to squeeze in a front windshield replacement in a matter of a few days right in my driveway. Appreciate these ladies going the extra mile and helping my family and I out!

DO NOT GO HERE , 1 star is too much, horrible experience they are a scam. took my vehicle here because insurance said it would be quicker turn around and guaranteed work because they work directly with them. first of all let me state the vehicle mechanically was fine. only needed front bumper a headlight and hood no airbags deployed. original timeline they gave me was 7-10 days sounds fair dropped the car off and get a text next day with new turn eta of completion being 17 days on top of the original 10. called them and stated that this would not work for me and would rather go somewhere else and could have tow truck there that day to remove it from their facility. they then lied told me that the date is generated by a computer and is not accurate they would have my vehicle ready before that. will admit my mistake for falling for that one. after that total lack of communication from estimator horrible can write a book about it. i was then advised to do email communication no more phone which i did and still horrible that i asked for a manager to be copied that happened but manager was no help even after i email directly, 2 days later i get a reply that looked like it was copied from a script ignoring my 3 questions and thanking me for my patience. the day my vehicle i ready i get a call while at work even after i stated email communication only after day 7 of this experience.(shows you the customer service right there) i finally was able to pick up my vehicle 35days after dropping if off to this place. (and this place is suppose to be the corporate location imagine the rest of them) i think the only one doing a good job here is the receptionist/front desk guy. apologies to that guy for having a Ahole face the day of pickup but i was beyond frustrated.

Went there to get an estimate on a small repair work. They guy who came out wasn't Mr. friendly. He said at the end he would email me the estimate. Never got to my inbox. I knew better than to go to a chain body shop. Went to a competitor. He was friendly, explained all the work that needed to be done, and I had an estimate in hand when I left. That's how business is supposed to be done. When I see repeated messages back from the owner regarding negative comments, and nothing seems to be corrected, it tells me that management doesn't care about you, the customer. That's the way I felt. Find another body shop. AVOID!!

Terrible paint work, I would never bring another car here again. I brought my car in for the door skin to be replaced and painted on my Hyundai Palisade. They indicated it would be 7-10 days to complete and then called around day seven indicating it would be another week. However, they called me back 2 days later saying the job was completed. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, there was obvious fish eye all over the front panel, door, and rear door where they blended the paint. I refused taking the car and asked for them to fix the imperfections. Upon arrival the second time the paint still had imperfections at which point I asked again for it to be reworked. Unfortunately when I returned for the third time they left swirl marks all over the side of the car from a poor buff job. I refused to let them touch it again and will have to take it to a professional to fix. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of quality out of this shop.
