Will who works the front desk never fails to help me out to the fullest. Very informative and communicative making a car problem a much less stressful situation. Always ensures I am good with the work being done before they perform it which I really appreciate. James the mechanic at this branch does an outstanding job each and every time I have been in also. Very happy with the people at this Vans location. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wow! This place is the best car care business I have ever encountered! Very welcoming. They do work by appointment, but I was a “walk-in” & they were able to take my car within less than an hour. I came in because I had a slow leak in one of my rear tires. They checked all my tires & reported their findings to me right away. They were able to replace the one with the leak which had too much damage to be a candidate for repair due to a puncture with a large nail. They checked my car over & reported their findings. When I got home, they had texted me detailed information including photos. They gave me a written estimate of the needed repairs. Their prices were very reasonable.

I went to Van's for a simple oil change to find it included many other services including, but not limited to, a tire rotation, complete fluid check, a brake inspection, and the online vehicle condition report included photos where applicable! The service was performed in a reasonable amount of time (and at a a fair price) and all the staff were very friendly. Will, the gentleman at the front counter when I arrived, was very knowledgeable about everything I asked about keeping my car in the best condition possible, and great company when he wasn't assisting other customers. I will definitely be returning to Van's in Cuyahoga Falls for my future car services!

After a day of calling for quotes for brakes and rotors, I got to Van’s and was given an honest quote. They actually took the time to figure out the estimated quote as well. My cars brakes and rotors were done day of. Friendly and excellent customer service. Highly recommend for any auto repair service! I will be coming back as a loyal customer. Thank you guys!!

This was our first visit to Van's. We just moved up here from Cincinnati and needed to find somewhere to get an oil change for my car. We received a coupon in the mail for Van's and decided to give them a try. We were quickly greeted upon entering and promptly waited on. The tech was courteous and set us up for our oil change. We were completely satisfied with the service we received. The only reason we didn't leave a 5-star rating is because it's too early in our dealings with Van's to fully appreciate their business.

I called this morning and Will was able to get me in the same day for car services. He gave me a price over the phone, which by the way was very affordable! He also threw in a deal that helped me out tremendously!! It didn’t take long for the services I received. Most importantly…he was kind, answered all my questions without being annoyed or brushing me off, and he was courteous to every customer that came in! The phone was ringing off the hook and he never showed any frustration and was also courteous to callers as well! Between the hospitality, prices, and cleanliness of the waiting area…they gained a new customer!
