Falls Auto Body

My family and I have sent numerous personal and work vehicles to Falls Auto Body over the years. Never had anything less than a 5 star experience. Everyone I've dealt with from employees to owner have been great to work with. Highly recommend!!

I stopped in to have a car examined for potential structural damage. John was in the parking lot finishing up with a customer, and came over and did a thorough inspection. He showed me where some paint had been redone, but found no other issues, and I was assured that I had made a good purchase. I'm glad I stopped in.

I had a very frustrating experience at Falls Autobody. I had to pick up my car three different times, and while they did eventually clean it out and fix the door, the process was far from satisfactory. The first time I picked up my car, the interior was filthy, with dirt and animal prints everywhere. It was shocking to see it returned in such a condition. On my second visit, the door wasn’t reassembled correctly, which was disappointing. By the third visit, while they finally fixed the door, I discovered that the locking mechanism still isn’t working properly. It used to prevent me from locking my keys inside, but now that feature is unreliable. I didn’t take it back to have them fix anything else because I really didn’t want them to keep my car for another two weeks. Overall, the experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I can’t recommend Falls Autobody. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

I just want to thank Falls Auto Body for taking such good care of my Jeep. I had a few scratches and some paint imperfections and WOW! Amazing job. Completed and done within all time expectations! These people know what they are doing and take good care of their customers. My Jeep looks like it came off the showroom floor. Thank you!
