Spitzer Ford Cuyahoga Falls Service

I was in for a works package oil change November 2024. Tires were marginal. I returned on December 31 to have 4 tires installed. Spitzer Ford had better incentives than any of the local tire shops. $80 off instantly for First Responders and Military on a purchase of four brand name tires, in addition to a $99 alignment special plus $100 rebate or Ford Visa reward points. Advisor was very knowledgable, kept me updated and went over the invoice charges. Advisor also filed the rebate on my behalf. My 2020 Ford Fusion SE ECOBOOST, 35K, drives and handles like a brand new vehicle

Corey Graham was awesome for me in service! He and the technician was able to get me in and out in quick fashion, a long with a wash to boot! He was able to check on outstanding recalls and get the parts ordered for my truck. Will be back!

This is a great service team. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Lindsey Valentine, my service writer, guided the service process very well, keeping me in the loop. Everyone was very careful of my vehicle. They sensed that I was nervous about it since my vehicle is a motor home. It's a motor home built on a Ford E-350 heavy duty van chassis. They had all the right equipment and knowledge to service the vehicle. I especially liked the wonderful video inspection sent online by the mechanic. On top of it all, their prices are fair as well. I think I'll start taking my other Ford truck there as well!
