Well I came in there a few weeks ago for inspection. I was told I didn’t need an appointment. When I got there some young punk kid came out and told me I had to have an appointment and he was booked for over a week. He was very rude to me and practically told me to leave. I reported him to the main office. I will not be coming back there. I have been coming there for 7 yrs. U was never treated that way. I am 83 and no punk kid is going to treat me with disrespect

Do not go here unless you want your oil filter put on wrong and it is causing damage to the car due to the lack of oil. They did come out to replace said oil filter and oil, but now the car is knocking, and I'm in the process of taking the vehicle to the dealership to have it gone over to make sure that the car is worth saving.

Absolute horrible experience. One of the employees was so rude. Was swearing because he didn't want to work on my truck. Was told when I arrived they didn't have my filter, but they did. Then they didn't have the proper wrench. At that point I left with no oil change. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMNEND

Been going to this location for awhile with various cars. I own 9 cars so sometimes it's just easier to let someone else do fluid services . Refused to do an oil change on a 2008 Saab 9-5. Told me when they scanned the barcode information on my car no information came up. Given how this car has been serviced before by them on several other occasions I find that hard to believe. No matter, I told them exactly the type and quantity of oil that goes in the car and they still refused. If Valvoline truly has no information on a model of car where 900,000+ were produced that is concerning. More likely they have lazy staff that just did not want to work. They had 3 empty bays and a bunch of people standing around. Guess they would rather hang out than work. Saabs are one of the most simple cars to work on. If they can't figure out how to do the oil change on a simple V4 I would seriously warn everyone to go elsewhere.
