Went in yesterday at 5:00pm to get my oil changed on my dodge charger and was out by 5:15pm. The staff here is awesome! They are efficient and quick! I have to say Valvoline your company shows you hire difference makers because it reflects on the business. I will definitely be back again but just want to say to valvoline this is the “crème de la creme”.

Customer service was EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT. Customer service emailed me a coupon for$10 of my oil change. THAT'S WHAT'S UP!!! Andres was the guy at my window helping me. If course he tried to sell me more stuff but he wasn't pushy at all. Even told I had a leak and took the time to explain to me exactly where the leak was so I could get it fixed. Which I so appreciate.

I’ve been going here since 2019 great staff, always friendly , quick service and a fair price. Take both cars here. Went in today for an air filter , they were busy but got me out in 5 minutes … Great place go here if you need an oil change .

Over charging customers for oil! If we come in for an oil change we should get the oil that is required for our cars. Charging 13.49 for .9 of a quart is ridiculous! Charge more for the oil change! Not .9 additional I will not ever come back to your organization and I will make sure everyone in my family steers clear of your company.
