We would like to share our honest feedback on Johnson’s Auto Repair ,They have exceed our expectations in all ways especially customer service ,treated us with kindness and respect ,everything is clear and transparent they are not there to overcharge or look for wrong things in the car ,but they do their work perfectly . Breaks and rotors replaced!! Saved $700 compared to the dealership for breaks alone. Imagine the savings with having the rotors replaced as well. My car break beautifully on the drive home. The front technician was beyond kind still taking me in after being 20 mins late due to CalTrans. He answered many questions I had and couldn’t help but feel appreciative of him sharing the knowledge. Service was completed in about 1.5 hrs. They’re very good people. Service is nice and friendly, even gave me a discount for checking in on Yelp. But My receipt says all fluids are checked but the windshield wiper wasn’t filled. Not a big deal they said they’d fill if it wasn’t and I have no problem filling on my own. The problem was the car had an extremely strong oil odor, so bad I had to drive with the windows down. I called to ask about this and got no answer so I texted about the issue. 24 hours later no one has reached out to me.

Came in Johnson's Auto to get a repair guys were supper friendly professionalism was on point hours and rates was "#1".In my words honest and trustworthy everyone knows check Engine lites go on past our reach we have a hard time trusting mechanics but these guys hands down Best in the IE Proud to have em in Lake Elsinore Ca as my go to guys .💯💪🏽🤙🏽
