Fix Auto Lake Elsinore

This is the only place that anybody should think of when repairing your car. From the beginning to the end, they take care of everything inform you during the process. There’s nothing that you need to think about. The quality of Work is the best. This is the second car I brought to them. I will never use anybody else. I highly recommend them. Patty at the front desk takes care of all the paperwork. Lawrence comes out, gives you the estimate and you get a text during the whole time.

Very fast. The person to make the appointment called me before I even knew my insurance sent information to them. Drop off and pick up front office people are nice. Love the text messages to let you know process. Nice that they even cleaned vehicle when I picked it up. They did a great job on my bumper. Would recommend this shop. Thanks for your service. This was a great experience from start to finish. Lawrence was great showed me everything that was wrong was very informative keep me posted to the status of my vehicle. The office was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Fix Auto.

Usually this is a very stressful situation. We were really happy with the customer service and promptness that we received from Fix Auto in Lake Elsinore. The repairs that were made were of the highest quality. We will definitely seek their services again if need be.
