Walmart Auto Care Centers

Wow!!! Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the hard working crew at Murrieta Walmart auto center today managed by Antonio. I was so impressed how efficient, professional, helpful and Kind Antonio and his crew was. Started in the morning by a simple phone call answering questions and needing some guidance on a few things . Antonio was super helpful with all that he mentioned, etc. Based on all he suggested I I decided to go today and get new tires put on plus an oil change and a couple things extra. They were super super busy but Antonio came to the car and said that he was going to fit me in because he knew I was dealing with a couple things that were going on For me that I mentioned. Starting with needing surgery on Tuesday. Having a lot on my mind and feeling a little overwhelmed with surgery etc. Also, the need to accomplish these tasks it was very gracious of him to fit me in under the circumstances of how busy they were with the rain etc. that was going on today. I did have a bit of a wait which was expected but it gave me the opportunity to see his crew at work and it was like a well oiled machine working efficiently.everybody was functioning in a perfect manner accomplishing all they could and you could see they were tired, but still making time to be pleasant with smiles, and a little conversation from several employees, which made it very pleasant, considering all that was going on with the cold and my own personal stress level today. in today’s world it seems that so many are quick to give reviews of negativity about this or that, etc. but not enough people to take time to say wow what an exceptional job you are doing and running your team in such a great manner I felt the customer service was fantastic I left With a great deal on everything they did and they won me over I will be recommending many people to go there and I will absolutely be back. I once again highly recommend them and ask for Antonio. When you go there you will see for yourself how professional he is and his team. Thank you once again guys , you made a big difference for me in accomplishing all that you did for me. Thank you for making the time when I know it was close to going home. It really meant a lot to me and a difference in my world today so thank you again and keep up the fantastic work.

My wife and I needed new tires, and I dreaded going here. First off, the guy who looked at our car wrote down the wrong tire size, and said, "We don't carry those." What he said didn't sound right, I looked up the size from the last time we bought tires, and sure enough... He was dyslexic, or something? I wanted to leave at that point, but a super-cool young lady, Dani, intervened, looked it up, and sure enough, they did have what we needed. She supervised the entire project, and had the best customer service skills I've ever encountered in auto repair. Incredibly professional!! If it were not for Dani, this would have been a 1 star review. If she's not making $40/hour, she should be. Super-cool, knowledgeable woman (way more competent than the guys there today)

I had an excellent experience getting an oil change here. The staff was friendly and it was completed in only 30 minutes, even with two cars ahead of me. The only thing is they forgot to put a new sticker on my windshield for the oil change reminder. Other than that, great experience.

Service technician told me the new battery he was installing was to large to attach the "hold down" bracket, however, I able to do so when I got home. Also, when he added air to the tires he did so to a 43PSI when it should have been 32PSI. I would never trust then to do any work on my car again.

No Auto Care Center at this Walmart! They should really take the Auto Care Center off Google!
