Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Been coming for years, the price is good (especially with a coupon) the staff is always friendly and they do a good job getting everything topped up! I could change my oil myself but the cost isn't much more and it saves a ton of time. Would recommend this location for sure!

I recently had my car’s oil changed and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. The service was quick—I was in and out in no time! They also performed a complimentary inspection and topped off my fluids. They suggested me few things for my car (that I didn’t do) which I can think when go for service next time..

This place is poorly managed. I went in for an oil change, and they offered automatic transmission fluid replacement and general maintenance. I agreed to pay $340 for the tire rotation, oil change, and engine fluid. They spent four hours trying to figure out how to turn my car back on. They tried searching Google, calling someone, and attempting all the things they didn’t know how to fix. In the end, I had to take an Uber to work because they damaged my car and couldn’t fix it. My car is new, and these people working here are only trained to do oil changes. They offer various services, but they damaged my car! I don’t recommend this place. I understand that reviews can be subjective, but this is a lot of nonsense. They just guess how to do things. I was happy to pay because I trusted them, but they ended up damaging my car. I have receipts and supporting documents to prove this poor service.

The team members were great and didn’t experience a problem with them. It was this location is very busy being in Ann Arbor. I sat and waited for an 1.5 for a standard oil change. The wait was so long because it seemed that the location was short staffed. There was only two workers running two bays. I’ve been to valvoline multiple times because I love how quick the service is and I’ve always had a good experience. That being said I hope this location could get some more staff and fix the broken door making it a two car garage instead of three so that didn’t help the situation either. I will be returning in the future because I like valvoline over the alternative brands. I hope that this location hires more workers and thinks about opening a second location :)

After sitting here for half an hour with no cars in the shop and 4 cars waiting, another guest walked into the shop and asked why there's no work being performed. We were told there's a mechanical issue and that it would be a couple hours before we could get in. This is ridiculous. This used to be a great store... 2 hours for just a synthetic oil change!?!

Honestly I expected what I would receive before I went into this business,😊 what I received was above and beyond my expectations,staff and service were so great,it's nice being treated like a human being 💗💗💗I will always use this Valvoline tyvm💗
