Audi Ann Arbor Service Center

I was, frankly, quite surprised at how *good* an experience I had at the Ann Arbor Service Center. I came in with low expectations, having had poor experiences at Audi service centers before; however, I was very happy to find my experience extremely pleasant. The staff, especially Jeffrey, were clear and thoughtful in their explanations, courteous, and very helpful. Addidtionally, I never felt like I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. I would recommend this center to anyone in Ann Arbor who has an Audi, and I expect I will return when the need arises.

So appreciative that the folks at Audi Ann Arbor make routine maintenance pretty painless. Jeff Robin is a gem -- calm, efficient and genuinely nice! I am very thankful for the straightforward and honest approach I've experienced there. And the coffee is good! :-)

Elisa Traxler of Germain Audi in Ann Arbor has been my point of contact at the service department and she's totally outstanding in handling all my service needs at the dealership. Customers would appreciate more efficient staff like her and I'd recommend her anytime and anyway. Way to go and thank you for all the help during my visits to the service department.
