Arbor Motion is one of those rare businesses that actually devotes attention to customer relations. Every car dealership in the country (especially Volvo dealerships ) should require ALL their employees and management to spend a day with them. Like anyone, I don’t relish spending money on repairs but at Arbor Motion it comes comes close to a pleasure. Not overly close, but close enough.

Chuck, Mike and John are consummate professionals in their respective crafts and they are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. If you want dealer quality service without dealer pricing, this is 100% where you need to send your vehicle.

Our Subaru Outback needed service after driving to Ann Arbor from Chicago. I chose ArborMotion based on google reviews and we are glad we chose them. ArborMotion was quick to diagnose my car’s mechanical problem. They were able to fix the problem, find & fix a belt problem and completely check my vehicle to assure our safe drive back to Chicago. Excellent communication via phone, email and texts explaining services & costs. Mechanic and Service Manager very competent in troubleshooting issues and resolving in a timely manner. Our Subaru will be back (hopefully not soon).
