Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Pulled in around 8:30 am on a Tuesday for my very first oil change at this establishment. I usually go to the Honda dealer where I purchased the vehicle, but didn’t have time to make an appointment, so Valvoline it was. I was thrilled there was no wait. I was greeted immediately and the process began. Everyone was young but very courteous. They all worked together to complete the service. The young man explaining my options spoke so fast that I honestly had no idea what he was saying. My husband had already told me what grade of oil to get, so I didn’t ask him to repeat anything😂. I could see where this would be super annoying to people who don’t hear very well or to someone who had no idea what to choose. We take good care of our vehicles and I was pleased that they didn’t try to sell me a new cabin filter or wiper blades that I didn’t need. Make sure to google a coupon before you pay. There are $7.00 and $10.00 off coupons readily available to anyone. Overall, I was pleased with the speed of service, the teamwork, and the professionalism. My only negative was the Speedy Gonzales communication.

This is the best valvoline location I have personally been to. Don't expect 10 minute oil changes. Why would you want one anyway? They pay the utmost attention to your vehicle here at this location. I was there for just under 30 minutes. Perfectly acceptable. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing right. The manager Jo here goes above and being, so don't hesitate to speak up, if something happens in the rare occasion it does. Thanks again Jo and Brandon. Don't think I forgot the rest of the crew either. Everyone there has touched my vehicle at least once. Keep it up 665.

Fast, efficient, and hassle-free! Waited less than 5 minutes and total time took less than 15 minutes. Completed full light check, engine check, assessed filter qualities, assessed tire pressure and added air to all tires, and changed my oil. Greeted with a smile and left with one- and a safer car on the road! Highly recommend!

Aaron was very nice and attentive with letting us know everything that was going on as it was happening. Even taught us about the oil extraction machines they use to save some of the life of the oil pan and pan plug. He helped us out with our coupon even when it wasn’t scanning as well.

I usually get the oil changes and have always had a good experience . My husband went this time. Left very unstatisfief. There was No hello. Didn't want to use his coupon. Waited on second customer along with finishing with them before finishing his car. Stated they Couldn't open windshield fluid jug so could not fill his up in his car. Did not check lights or tire pressure. He left very displeased.

Had maybe 20 oil changes here. They always do a great job. They go above expectations and are great at answering questions. Aaron in particular has been great help recently.
