M Work Auto Body Grove City

I originally went to Crash Champions Collision Repair in Hilliard to get estimate and repair through Geico preferred facilities, but when I got there there wasn’t even a parking space on the property and when I spoke with the front desk I felt like I was getting the run around and just another number. I called M Work that same morning and they were able to get me in for a free estimate and I received paperwork to submit to the insurance agent at Geico super fast, that morning. Glenda the front desk receptionist was all smiles and very helpful getting the process started. Tim the estimator was great to work with. He answered questions that I was hesitant to ask other places and made me feel comfortable with the process and explained everything clearly. Clearly Tim has a lot of experience in the industry!! I got the paperwork I needed and left with a great experience. I am in no way related to M Work or received anything for this review. Support small business and go through M Work for your collision repair needs. Stay away from preferred shops if you ask me!

Not only are they remarkably skilled and professional, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my car looked immaculate after an accident. Went to this shop after it was recommended by my father. I got to see how amazing and honest this company is. This is the place to go if you have worries about price gouging or overpriced labor. 10/10 would recommend for the best experience I’ve had in a mechanic or body shop ever.

I recently got my car repaired, I had damages in the front and back, and when I came to pick it up I was so pleased, it looked like a brand new car, it looked better than when I bought it. The staff is very friendly, I also loved the fact that they called me and kept me updated on the progress. I highly recommend M Works. I will never go anywhere else.
