Placed an order 9 business days ago…and to date have had 1 email stating they would “ship it out” and nothing further (4 business days and 1 email later). My additional emails have gone un-answered. I have tried contacting via their phone number, but it goes straight to voicemail, they do not respond. If you are trying to order from these folks do yourself a favor try to reach out to them first, that way you can determine how good their customer service is on your own and avoid what me and the other folks who have reviewed this business have experienced.

Terrible customer service. Only will send you half the order to complete the job and won't give you information on when the other half of the order will be shipped. If you tell him you want to return the half they sent they want to charge you 25% restocking fee and shipping. Nice little scam they have going.
