Absolutely the most professional and kind tire place i have ever been to. Rough run of luck had issues with both cars and they seamlessly got them in repaired the tires and we're very reasonable. I haven't had to buy new tires yet on my new car but believe me I will be going here. Highly recommend 👌

I filled out an appointment request Weds 1/8 for 1/10 and it noted I would receive an email with in 24 hours to confirm and I hadn’t received on at EOB 1/9 to confirm. I called to confirm and it seemed like that took a minute to find, but was able to get in on 1/10. I requested 4 new tires, oil change (it was free with 4 tires) and alignment. They called and said I needed brakes all around, which I approved. One of the tires was missing a valve stem cap, the brakes appear to be fine and so I am pleased with the brakes. The oil is darker than it should be (I have changed oil many times and have knowledge on the subject) - so either 1) they didn’t change it, 2) didn’t completely drain it and then over filled it (because I was charged for 3 qts as I have a light duty V8 truck) or 3) didn’t use the full synthetic oil they said had used. I also explicitly asked to top off the windshield washer fluid as it is included with the oil change. I checked this morning (hadn’t used any) and added about 1/3-1/2 gallon an it still isn’t full. More attention to detail is needed, but going forward, I will only use them for tires.

after coming here to replace two tires my breaks are making a weird screeching sound. another review mentions this too so this is obviously a bad practice you should steer clear from. especially if you’re a young woman. they kept looking at each other and snickering. that was ONE OF the few red flags

I have bought some tires here before, I won't be back after this morning, at first they acted like they didn't want to help me with a flat on my trailer, then told me they couldn't do it. It was obvious that Mike didn't want to help. The guy had an attitude the entire time, when I told him I had to be somewhere at a certain time and that I would come back he rolled his eyes at me, his customer service was the most un professional I've ever seen.

Took my truck in to the Grove city location for two wheel bearings, tire rotation, alignment, and oil change. Almost $700.00 in work. That's fine I expected that price. What I didn't expect is that they wouldn't tighten all the bolts in my wheel hubs or brake calipers. After about 2 months I heard a noise from one of my front wheels got under truck to see where it was coming from only to find 3 of the 4 bolts for the wheel hub missing on passenger side, 1 missing and one loose bolt on the drivers side hub and one missing and one loose bolt on drivers brake caliper causing caliper to rub on rim grinding a grove in it and knocking off the wheel weights. Not only is this extremely dangerous but could have caused a major accident. I will never use this company again!

I have been a loyal customer of the Grove City Tire Discounters for a decade. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation on 2/28/25. I paid and left and then later discovered that, even though I was told the tires had been rotated, they were NOT. Looking closely at the tires, I doubt that they have ever been rotated even though I have been there for 2-3 oil changes/tire rotations in the past year since I purchased the tires. Honesty is very important to me. Trusting the people who work at shop where I take my vehicle is essential. At this point, I have been lied to repeatedly by your staff. I don’t think I can do business there any more. In addition, each of the past 3-4 times I have been waiting in the lobby, there has been a customer there in-person or on the phone who is irate with the service and treatment they have received from your staff. Now I am starting to understand why.

I called on Monday for a Friday appointment and was told Friday was all open for appointments so I scheduled an appointment for my oil change at 2pm… my car wasn’t worked on until 3p an hour after my appointment time. I patiently waited in the lobby just staring at my car in the parking lot waiting for it to be taken back to the bay. A phone call saying we are an hour behind can 3 o’clock work would have been nice. Instead of a phone call you lost a costumer. I personally will not come back to this location, I have been a loyal costumer for this location for many years. It’s not the same costumer service as previous visits.

refused to service my truck due to them being behind even though we called them in the morning, met with them in the evening and we're first told to come at 6 (when they're closed) then told to come at 515 because they close at 6. Only to show up and have them tell us oh there's nothing we can do we're behind. Now we're stuck with a broken truck and have to travel 300+ miles back home because they weren't able to do their jobs properly. It's a shame and horrible customer service.
