The reason why I give this company 5 stars is due to their great customer service and competitive prices. Below is why I say that: I ordered a transmission filter housing from them and it got stuck at a USPS processing center. I needed it before a scheduled service I had for my wife's 2015 Golf R. I wanted it installed during the service. I inquired about the order because when I contacted USPS about it they said to contact the merchant. When I reached out to USP, I spoke with Diego and he was easy to talk to about it. He said that he understood the problem and that it happened with another one of their orders. I told him that I was going to have to order a different one directly from the manufacture to get it on time for my service appointment. He replied and told me that me doing that was understandable and to contact him if I don't get the order so I can get a refund, or if I do get it after I receive the other one, to let him know as well. The latter ended up happening. So I needed to return the one I ordered from them. When I reached out to him, he issued a RMA slip and a shipping label for me to send it back to them. That is the difference between USP Motorsports and ECS Tuning. When I accidentally ordered two products from ECS Tuning, I immediately called in to request cancellation a hour later and the ECS Tuning representative told me it was too late it had already been sent to the shipping department. I then ended up receiving two Turbo Inlet Pipes. When I went to return one, ECS Tuning made me pay for the shipping. I recently placed another order with USP for an intercooler and a piping kit. I accidentally didn't complete payment through the PayPal portal and forgot that I never paid for the order. So the order went through but the payment didn't. I tried to reopen the order from my USP account portal but it wouldn't let me. So I went and added both the intercooler and piping kit to my cart and tried to place the order again, but then I saw that the prices had increased for both items. I then emailed Diego and told him about my issue with the order and that I tried to re-order the same items but the prices had increased and I would like to still place the order but would like the prices for the products back when I initially placed the order. Diego said that was totally fine and sent me an voicemail with a payment link with the old pricing. I paid for the order and was good to go. That is the type of company USP is. They care about their customers and will accommodate them. For one of my first orders with them, I asked Diego for a USP Motorsports license plate frame and they put one in the order for me. Filipe was also great to speak on the phone with and was very accommodating. If you want to purchase performance parts online, I would recommend USP over ECS as they actually care about making you happy. Not to mention respond to you the same day.

I purchased both a downstream and upstream O2 sensor for my car after confirming the part number matched and based of the USP fitment tool. However, after installing the fault code u was experiencing went away and a new one appeared related to the downstream sensor not responding quick enough. I submitted a return/replacement request and after about 2-weeks have not received any response from the customer service department despite multiple follow-up emails inquiring about my return status. Since this occurred I have cancelled the order for the upstream sensor as that was back ordered and not scheduled to ship until February. Regardless of if the product is good or not the terrible customer service is preventing me from purchasing from them again.

** Avoid This Company at All Costs** My experience with this company was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Initially, I was assured that my order was in stock and would be shipping to me the same day. However, it became clear that this was not the case. Before placing my order, I called to confirm stock availability and was told my item was in stock at two different warehouses. I went ahead and placed my order immediately. After 2 days of no follow up or tracking, i contacted the customer service and was told “there was an order placed 15 minutes before yours” and they were now out of stock. This inconsistent information is not only misleading but feels downright shady. I was told due to this error, once the item was back in stock, that they would expedite my order and assured me not once, but Twice, that this would be expedited to me. And guess what they didn’t do… expedite my order. And left my response emails to them unanswered. The customer service throughout this process was equally terrible. They seemed uninterested in resolving my issues or providing any clear answers. Overall, I had a horrible experience and would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice. There are far better options out there that won’t leave you feeling cheated and frustrated.

I recently had a great experience with USP Motorsports while ordering parts for my Audi RS3. I wanted to give a shout-out to Felipe from customer service—he was fantastic. He kept me updated on my back-ordered parts, and his communication made the wait so much easier. The items were packed well and delivered undamaged. Terrible company!!! UPDATE: They canceled my order, all is good! I ordered a part almost a month ago (March 15th 2025). I emailed them to cancel the order. A guy name Diego responded saying that they'll cancel it on March 24th. Now it's April 11th, they still process the order anyway after I specifically told them to cancel. And no surprise, they're not answering their phones. And not to mention they ship the part almost a month after ordering. Save yourself and don't order here!

My husband bought breaks for his VW Touareg from this company. They said they fit his specific model but when he tried to have them installed, they didn't. He contacted them to get return authorization and I t took a lot of time and back and forth for them to finally approve and they wouldn't cover the shipping costs for the return. $140!! The part they're advertising wasn't correct and then made us pay even more for their mistake. He's contacted them several times and they never get back to him. The next step is contacting the better business bureau. Don't buy from this company.
