Fixed my Tesla Model Y rear-end accident with Updated Auto Body I dropped the car off on Jan 20th and got it back on Feb 18th. This could have been reduced if I were not away. Kenny was the one in contact with me. Honestly, Kenny made everything so much easier for me. The adjuster at Farmers was not great, but Kenny was calm and collected and dealt with it. If you want an auto body shop that knows what they are doing, knows how to deal with insurance companies, and gets things done promptly with constant communication, your search is over.

Take your Teslas directly to Tesla. Whatever wait Tesla has will be worth it. Even with new management, my insurance got billed 2x for the initial claim and the damage this shop caused post repair. I'll be paying for their mess up for a few years... (see pictures). I'm still left with damage on two outside panels that WERE NOT EVEN in the scope of work. I didn't take pictures of the parts of the cars that were not supposed to be worked on before dropping it off, so I'm out of luck. ALWAYS record your own evidence with your cars going in with VIDEOS and pictures throughout the ENTIRE car's body. You'll regret it if you don't. Ignore their reply, they'll say whatever to cover their old management's bad work.

Titan is very patient and friendly, and he has a great deal of knowledge about Tesla. He was able to explain the problems that I have clearly and help fixed it quickly. I will definitely be returning to Updated Auto Body for any future repair needs, and recommending them to others.

Updated is one of the top 3 body shops in Las Vegas. I only take my Range Rovers to them. Any owner of high end autos need to check out Updated before making a decision concerning their repairs. Courteous, professional, detail oriented and great customer service is only part of the care you will receive from this body shop.

Next Level Customer Service! I had my rear hatch door fin on my Range Rover coming loose, a friend of mine Richard from Range Rover sent me over to Updated Auto to help me out with it. Talk about service, WOW! Mike and his son Titan are the shop owners, they took a look and set me up with a time Wednesday morning to come down. They brought it in, took the fin off, and discovered the problem was an easy fix, and 25 minutes later I was on my way home. They are Range Rover, Tesla, and now BMW certified...and if you saw their shop, you`d understand why Mike and his Team received those accounts, place is amazing! Also, Wendy at the front desk was great on the phone when I called to remind that I was on my way down, to greeting me when coming through the front door. If you`re looking for a body shop, that obviously does phenomenal work, you`re only call should be to Updated Auto!

Stopped by to get a estimate and they told me I had to get a estimate from my insurance company first because that's how my insurance company works. I tried to tell her that my insurance company told me to go to a body shop to get a estimate and she told me it don't work that way. I left there and got a estimate right away from another body shop with no problem wow!! She had a attitude from the time I walked in the door and I didn't even know why. Very bad customer service in my opinion. I am a mechanic for the state of Nevada and just got off work so I was a little dirty when I walked in but you shouldn't judge someone by how they look or treat them bad, you never know who you are dealing with. Maybe you should be a little nicer to people before you judge them.
