I was referred to Royal Transmission shop by another shop, I called Billy up and finally was able to bring my car in, Billy is very knowledgeable and is properly equipped to diagnose a car. He ordered the part and had it done within a few hours. I'm very pleased and would give 10 stars. He is officially my go-to-transmission service in Las Vegas.Other shops were trying to tear my trani up and charge me thousands of dollars. Billy is very honest and reasonably priced- that's hard to find in Vegas- thanx again Billy🙌

Billy was a great guy to deal with! They diagnosed my vehicles noise symptoms to another component. Since it wasn’t a transmission or transfer case, we had to take the vehicle to another shop for repair. Billy wouldn’t accept any payment from me. I really appreciate their time and effort to help locate the problem. Transmission Service Center has made me a customer for life. Come here for your transmission needs! There are a lot of shops that don’t have a clue. These guys are good!

Billy was a phenomenal and humble person to work with. I have been battling with an aftermarket clutch in my tenth gen civic, and after my release bearing finally gave out I decided to swap it back to OEM. Billy gave me very fair pricing, updated me throughout the whole process, and charged me extremely competitively. Despite some sourcing problems on my end and needing some extra parts, Billy was very patient throughout the whole process and still completed the swap in a quarter of the time it took the last shop. Billy and his team were super helpful and knowledgeable, and my Civic feels like it did when I first got it, I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing a swap from a racing kit or a service, these guys knocked it out the park.

Royal Transmission Service Center is THE BEST transmission shop in Clark County- maybe even the entire state. From the moment you meet with Bill and his team, you are in great hands. Bill is a trustworthy man who won't try to upcharge you or perform unnecessary work to make a quick buck. He and his team will take the time to explain exactly what the issue is with your vehicle and Bill even showed me my transfer case and taken apart transmission mid-job to show me what went wrong and why he needed to fix certain components. The team here are highly trained professionals and do amazing work always! Thank you to Bill and his team for taking care of my old truck and getting it back onto the road in a timely manner!

Billy was super kind and friendly, although he could not help me with my hybrid vehicle, I still appreciate him taking a look and offering his opinion. I would definitely recommend him, he’s kind and honest.
