Our bike share company utilizes a Ford Transit van and our team needed to have a functional ramp installed so that we could move bikes around more efficiently and safely. The team at Commercial Van Interiors assessed our needs and installed the most perfect and lightweight ramp. The front office staff was very professional, attentive and so very kind! Their customer service went above and beyond and I'm thankful / grateful for the honest and professional service provided. The quality of materials is worth noting because our team utilizes the equipment installed very frequently and on a daily basis. It has withstood rigorous workloads and repetitive movement! It still works as good as the day as it was installed!

Well the service was very quick, the staff was friendly and very professional, really the only issue I had was they did not accomplish all the selected tasks. We paid to have new door brackets installed on the van(the 'sliding side' bracket on the side door was missing leaving just the 'stationary side' bracket) and to switch out our old puck locks for new ones. I was told to wait in-store because it would only take about 30-45 min or so. About 40 min later my van was pulled around front and the keys were handed to me. Since I was having the work done on my 30 min lunch break and already 10 min into my next dispatch I got into my van and went to back to my busy work day. When I got to my next job I used the new key on my key ring and unlocked my new puck lock only to realize the new brackets were never installed!! You mean to tell me it took 40 minutes to simply take off the old locks and put new ones on!?!? I could've accomplished that by simply stopping by and buying new locks! Why was I made to wait for 40 min?!? Completely wasting my lunch break and putting me behind schedule!? Oh and I was charged for the removal and installation of old/new brackets!!

My father and I stopped by to see about getting a Roof Rack and Shelving installed in our Cargo Van. Chris was very nice and very professional over the phone so we had to stop in. We were not disappointed. Tons of options and very reasonable pricing. I understand some people had some issues with scheduling and completion times. We can't speak on that because we haven't had any work done. However based on the professionalism of our visit I'd trust Chris to make it right. He really cares about his customers.

Seems like new management has taken over. That's very likely to improve their customer service. The young lady that helped us out today was very pleasant and thorough with her vehicle inspection. Much better service!! ***Talk about someone talking yourselves into a bad review. I dropped my van off after being freshly wrapped with a vehicle wrap with these guys. When we got it back it has a gouge in the back panel, that nobody remembers being there before. He told me that his guys took a picture of the gouge during the install, but did not tell us after they discovered it or when we came to pick it up. I asked him, what’s to stop his guys from taking the picture after the gouge and telling him that it was already there. In full disclosure, one of my guys could be lying and we could’ve done it. That is not the reason for the one star review. I called the gentleman running the shop, and told him he might want to consider doing a walk around on the vans when they were dropped off to him so that if there are scratches he can identify them as being pre-existing. He told me that he would do that for me in the future, and I suggested that he might want to consider doing it for everybody to avoid this in the future. It was just a suggestion nothing more, but his response to me was verbatim, “don’t tell me how to run my business”. 10-4 on not telling you how to run your business, but figured I’d let potential customer know to request it as their current policies are not conducive to transparency, and management seems to have a chip on his shoulder.
