This place is the worst service I have ever experienced ever and I genuinely feared for the outcomes. This story starts early October. There was a problem with my suspension where air was leaking out and smoke came out of my heaters when I turned it on. I got it checked out in a different dealership. 2 months ago I then gave it to this dealership for them to fix these problems. They said it was no problem and took it in. It took 40 days for them to even acknowledge my presence and my questions on why my car had been there for 40 days. After I received it they said that it was good. They had fixed the heater completely but the leak in the suspension they claimed was still broken. I gave it back to them after 2 days. They said they’d fix it and I had to argue to not pay them BECAUSE THEY DIDNT FIX ANYTHING. Then they finally caved in. Now after 3 weeks of waiting I get my car back today. I am in a great mood and all of a sudden I check it out at home and I notice something super peculiar. The damn nuts and bolts for the damn screws were so lose I could remove them myself. THEY HAD NOT TIGHTLY SCREWED THE BOLTS IN. THE WHEELS COULD HAVE GONE FLYING AT ANY DAMN MOMENT AND GOD FORBID SOMETHING HAD HAPPENED. Not only that but I checked under the car and the suspension STILL NOT FIXED, IT WAS QUITE LITERALLY THE SAME AS I GAVE IT TO THEM. The wires were not even plugged into it under the car, it was leaking. I will genuinely pursue legal action and these dealers are all fake. I went to a shop somewhere in McDonald’s Avenue and they fixed it for 300, it took literally 2 hours to fix the small leak in the suspension and these so called experts could not even figure that out. I have videos of all this and photos. This is a shame on the Jeep name. Before I left I had even notified one of the people there that noise was being made and they said that I could leave it here for another 3 days. This car is my job and I had not intention of doing that, I was already so behind on payments. This dealership is just awful. These videos are all just into the shop on McDonald Avenue. If you, yes YOU the service don’t provide my money back I will keep on posting reviews exposing this stupid and fake place.

I came in for services for my Dodge Durango& was immediately greeted by Courtney, who was extremely nice and helpful. His energy made my experience easy. Both him and Milly made sure I got the serves I needed in a timely fashion. Customer service here is AWESOME. Zero complaints

I was in a stalled 2016 Grand Cherokee and Gieco recommended that my vehicle be brought to United. I did not have an appointment and I was supposed to be turned away but the manager found it in her heart to help a stranded fellow. Eric was the mechanic that did a phenomenal job on my truck and it increased the value of my trade in for a new 2025 Honda Passport Trailsport. Thank you United. Make sure you have an appointment before you show up!!!

Very disappointed with this place, took my car here 6 different times and it stayed for over 50 days for the same issue. 6 out of 6 times the problem was not repaired as I drove the car home problem was still present. The service manager tried to deny me leaving the car for service because they didn’t want to pay for storage over the weekend. I decided to take the car to a new dealer who was able to find the problem and repair it within a week. If you are looking to actually get your car fixed , avoid this dealer.
