We recently purchased a BMW after having an Audi for 9 years. I can’t not tell you the night and day service I’ve received. BMW treats their staff and clients incredibly well. Everyone on staff plays a key role to the experience. The Parts team is amazing! My Service guy - Danny is a gem!!! He truly cares and is efficient with my time and honest. The service attendance who takes the car is also a key player. All around this is the level of service I’ve been looking for from Audi and so glad I have a BMW. Also I had to take calls for work and they have rooms for you to do that! Yes and yes!

There are tables available for working on your laptop, and a living room-like space with a TV where you can relax, making the experience feel just like being at home. Fast and efficient service at BMW Brooklyn! I just needed a remote battery change, and they got it done in 10 minutes—plus a complimentary car wash. Great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I have been servicing my new BMW’s at Brooklyn BMW for 8 years at this point. I’ve had certain small issues here and there, but overall they strive for good service. I would give them a 4/5. Cause there is always room for improvement. I don’t like the fact that I bring in a $100k vehicle for service and I am given a $40k car as a loaner. (They need to invest in better loaners) Tom is a great service advisor. I highly recommend him.
