I continue to be amazed at how many BMW, OEM, and aftermarket parts Turner carries for my 24 year old car. I was able to find all of the parts I needed for a refresh of intake parts (boot, gaskets, hoses) and received my order in no time. I did initially have an issue with some parts that were ordered incorrectly but I called to get it resolved and both of the reps I worked with were knowledgeable and helpful professionals. Now my car is running great! I’ll be back and highly recommend Turner Motorsport for your BMW part needs (I know they carry others as well, just not sure which makes).

I bought a stock E46 M3 at the end of 2024 in hopes of having a dedicated track car by Spring. Turner has been a huge asset for parts, inspiration and tech support. The shipping is fast and the prices are fair. Thank you Turner, I’ll see you on the track in April.

Trunk emblem for BMW, older model, 2005 325xi. Removed old emblem, had to enlarge holes (inserted an awl to gently widen) for rubber grommets, but this worked OK. Also used a towel and rubber mallet to gently tap down emblem. Emblem fit perfectly and looks great. Extra grommets were included. Adequate pkg/timely shipping. Would buy again.

Got an email from Turner asking “How’d we do?” Answer: Miserably. I placed an order for 4 Esco jackstands, figuring I would support a small business rather than making the logical choice and just ordering them from Amazon. When I clicked order, Turner displayed a message stating that they only ship complete orders. I paid extra to get the jacks sooner. They missed the quoted lead time by a full week and when the shipment did arrive, there were only 3 stands. To add insult to injury, one of them didn’t have the pad on top of the stand, making it useless. I then contacted their customer service and they were quite rude, saying the final confirmation page tells the customer whether the part was back ordered or not and that they shipped what they could. A complete contradiction to the initial statement that they “only ship complete orders.” To prove to the rude customer service person, I went on the site and added 177pcs to my cart and took screenshots. The system said, all 177pcs would ship in 3 days. I find that incredibly difficult to believe, when just a few weeks earlier they couldn’t even ship 4. The rep refuted this and said I did something wrong. Then a month and a half later, when the 4th stand arrived, it was the wrong part (axel extension instead of the flat pad). I had to deal with the same rude people again to make it right. It took another 2 weeks for the replacement to arrive and guess what? It was the wrong part again! 2 months in total from the order date and I still don’t have the final jack! There were no apologies or any niceties at any point during the process. Moral of the story, just order from Bimmer World or Amazon and avoid the stress

The bottom line is usually the starting point when selecting a vendor to buy from, and Turner Motorsport is competitive in that regard. Breadth and depth of product choices is critical to my returning to a store, and Turner excels in that regard. Free shipping is reasonable although not the best because their threshold is set a bit higher than some, but I've seen worse. Heavier products that qualify for free shipping take a fairly long time to arrive, but I can understand that, and I appreciate being able to buy a 5 liter jug of motor oil at a competitive price without having to pay any shipping costs at all. So, I've returned to that starting point again. 5 stars!

Great guys to deal with, great prices. Some delay in shipping my order but I was made aware of this at time of order and they did in fact ship before the promised date. Super happy all in all.

My Mini had a broken BMW turbo bracket. Dealer wanted to charge me $90 for it - ordered from Turner for less than $50 with shipping. Part arrived perfectly and timely. Love it.
