I needed 50k service on my transmission and BMW wanted $1500. I searched around for the parts and materials to do it myself and ECS was the only company that actually had the parts in stock or we’re getting them relatively soon and the price was at least 30% cheaper than anywhere else. I guess because it took more than a week for mine to ship my credit card company at that point had canceled the transaction. So I called them up and I explained the situation to them and they said no problem to just place another order and they would migrate my old order to the new one so I didn’t have to wait. I got my Meyle transmission service kit in 3 days after the conversation. I was able to service my transmission myself and saved about $1300 and I still have 3 quarts of ATF fluid left over.

Always my preferred online parts store for my BMWs. Not that they want EVERY customer calling to place orders, but I really like talkimg with their sales team as they go thru and recommend parts/options. A++. And the loyalty discounts and parts replacement program is a huge added BONUS.

Bought a spltter for my Audi S4 ECS brand and was nothing but cheap plastic. It lasted only less than two months I hit a dip and it cracked clean off. They don’t even honor their lifetime replacement program. They want you to buy another one and get store credit if they approve the reason. Really? Ridiculous and nothing but garbage. Don’t buy from them. I belong to an Audi group and already spread the word. Cheap materials and not worth the price. Buy from other companies and brands but not ECS and the customer service is horrible.

My return request was rejected for an order placed 10-28-2024. I tried replying back to the ECSreturns email, but it was invalid, so here I am. Please note the ears were not the main issue and was merely a note as I wasn't sure if there was any impact to performance, it was merely a note. The biggest issue which I noted and which I'd completely call a defect is that the pad shims have shifted on the pads and cause massive amounts of rattle and noise. I reattached all the pictures I initially submitted and made marks noting the separation of the shims from the pads along with those that have begun to separte or shift along with the other pads where the shims have completely separated. As stated, this has caused a significant amount of rattle in not only fronts but the rears as well even though the shims have not separated at all like the fronts. That is where the 3rd concern was also noted, that the original BMW pads have an extra shim on them which the Hawks do not have. I noted that in my pictures as well. Regardless, the shims on the fronts have separated or are beginning too for some reason and it causes a massive amount of noise and rattle. If that's not considered a defect, then I don't know, Merry Christmas, I guess.

I will NEVER order from ECS Tuning Again. Their customer service is lacking and their sales team could use improvement. It all started great when I called ECS tuning to order a Downpipe for my G26 BMW M440. The salesman was helpful and emailed me several options for my car. Once I picked the Downpipe that I wanted, I checked the manufactured website and it said it would Not fit my car. I emailed and called back the salesman to verify and double check to make sure he had the correct part number and that it would fit my car. He guaranteed me that it would. Fast forward, my car is in the shop in pieces and I get the call that nobody wants to hear, “It's the wrong part, it wont fit.” See the picture for yourself. The shop was willing to work with me since I was going to be out several hundred dollars for the cost of the labor. They said I could keep my car at the shop If ECS was able to overnight the correct part. I called the salesman and he was No help at all. He transferred me to their customer service. Once I explained my situation to customer service the person said she could not help me out and the only thing that I could do was return the part. They refused to overnight me the correct part and said the soonest they could ship something out was 7 days from now because they were doing an inventory. They did not care that I was out several hundreds dollars from their mistake and refused to correct things. Their whole attitude was poor! I would not recommend them. They wont ever get any of my business.

With the help of ECS TUNING I was able to salvage my old TDI and keep her on the road for many more years of enjoyment. The fact that everything is listed as a “kit” made the entire buying experience effortless. No need to browse multiple pages of items. Pricing was extremely fair and shipping was carried out in a very timely manner. Support was very friendly also, small issue with the site listing no shipping option was taken care of by a quick 5 minute phone call. Will be back to shop with ECS Tuning again and again and again!

Really happy with ECS today. I placed my order for an upgraded brake kit, cat back, and a stage 3 clutch on Wednesday. I’m cheap so I opted for the free shipping and it arrived today (Sunday). Was not expecting shipping to be this fast thank you ! And I had not seen the coupon for a free shirt at check out, after I saw the coupon on my email I hit up their chat now feature and thankfully Gus was able to apply the coupon and I got my sweet ECS shirt :D . Thanks guys you rock
