I dropped off two storm window frames to have glass cut and was told 2-3 days and I said I would give them 5 days and would be back Saturday morning to pickup. I was told no problem. Returned Saturday morning and glass not ready. I asked for frames back and was given attitude and told time frame was 2-3 weeks. Not professional and not recommemded.

They are a great company. I've been a customer for many, many years. However I used the self car wash, nextdoor. Shelly's is closed on Sundays, haha. GPS was slightly off.

Extreme lack of customer service. Assured me that they have drilled thru granite hundreds of times even when I tried to tell them in advance what drill bits they needed per the granite company, they brushed me off. Then when they came to drill they broke 3 drill bits and had to order the same bits that I had told them they needed in the first place. If they had done this hundreds of times, they would have had all the right equipment to do the job. Additionally their truck broke down when they were first supposed to come and install. Between the time that took and the time it took for them to realize they needed different drill bits, our install was delayed by a week and a half. Also, they scratched up my toilet seat with their tools and the guy brushed my husband off about that as well. Their customer service is terrible. They would not budge on the bill even after all the issues we had. Horrible customer relationship skills.
