Called looking to get a walk in oil change & tire rotation for my work van, Josh was able to make it happen within 20 minutes of me calling. Was fast & well priced. Will definitely be using them again

This place is amazing. They sent out a free oil change in the mail. So I thought I would try them out. This place is amazing all around. One of the best, and I used to work, and my dad co owned a business like this. They don't try to upsell you on what you don't need, only what you actually need. There trust worthy, very detailed on the condition of your report. I love it all. I approve, and anyone looking should give them a try.

I called Van’s late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning. My vehicle was repaired by about 9:00am! In addition to the quick repair, I was impressed with their comprehensive online vehicle report with pictures.

This business is first class! My daughter & I had a tire blow out on the freeway and got our car towed to Van's Auto Service. Arianna was amazing as she took charge and changed out our tire. The entire staff was so kind and professional! They blessed us beyond expectations! Thank you and God bless you to all at Van's!

Brandon was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Told me exactly what I needed and would need in the future. Didn’t try to pressure me to add on a bunch of things! Jacob did the work on my car. He did a great job! No issues! Took his time to do the job right but didn’t drag the work out for days!

This is my second experience with a Vans location and I cannot say enough about the service. I called in and spoke with Dennis after getting a flat tire 15minutes before they closed. He was quick to provide the roadside service number and set me up to get a new tire the next morning. I do not hesitate to recommend the Wadsworth and Medina shops anytime anyone says they need tires or their vehicle serviced. I truly appreciate the impeccable service Dennis and everyone at vans I have encountered.

Purchased 4 new tires in September 2024. Very good service. Professional and courteous. April 2025 I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and an oil change. Service was great! Prices were good. And the salesperson took the time to explain other concerns that might need addressing in the future for my car. I would definitely recommend Van’s Tire. I am a happy customer.

I had a flat tire from hitting debris in the road at 10 am and had a new tire before the end of day. I found my dealership garage was slightly cheaper, so I called Vans and told them and they matched their price to keep me local and they have kept me as a lifelong customer. Always a great honest experience and highly recommend.
