Gave me all the information I needed, but did not pressure me at all into any purchases. Ended up choosing not to fix the leak, but did get new keys carved and programmed. Mike was excellent at leading me through this process and giving me all the information I needed to make a responsible decision. Staff acted with honesty through the whole process.
