Jones Diesel Performance

Started using Jones Diesel a few months ago after speaking with Nick. They have done great with accommodating our fleet vehicles. Jones Diesel have repaired our F550 bucket trucks all the way down to our 3/4 ton pickups. They are professional and upfront about the entire repair process. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to deal with on a daily basis.

I never told you I got a stel deal on my dump truck , remember you went on vacation and left on truck for 2 weeks and you worked on it for 27 hours at $125 per hour I guess I paid for your vacation hope you enjoyed it NO BODY GO TO THIS SHOP FIND SOME WEARE ELSE TO GO TO !!!!!! And Ryan told me it will cost $6,000 to fix injectors when in reality the injectors only cost $1100 and they Can't even do the repairs RIPE OFF SHOP there's other people's truck they that have been there for weeks

If i can leve no stars i will but i can't so here we go i trop off my small dump truck c4500 to have it look at because it has white smoke coming out the exhaust so ryan side he will take a look at it by the way he keep it for 3 weeks after he look at it he said it was a oil and exhaust pump that will cost $265 for the part and $175 for hoses i ask if that was the problem he said he's 90% sure i sade ok fix it, he called me and told me he needs to do more work to get the hoses out and move things around ( what ever that means ) , then he calls me tells me he's all done with the my dump truck so I went to pick it up gess what he charge me $4000 for a pump installed and 4 new hoses AND IT STLL WHITE SMOKEING. DO NOT GOO THERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE THEY TELL YOU ONE PRICE AND WHEN YOU GO PICKUP YOUR TRUCK BE PERPARD TO PAY MUNCH MORE.

After not being impressed with the work done on my Duramax at the Chevy dealer I tried these guys. I'm very impressed with them! They're friendly, straightforward, honest, affordable, and fast. They fixed the problem and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't want or need. With customer service like this they're bound to grow quickly. I hope they can maintain this vibe as they grow cause I'm only taking my truck here in the future.

So I had my truck towed in waited two weeks, which is OK because that’s what I was told. I also informed them that it may have been contaminated fuel? when I get the diagnosis I get a bill for fuel diagnosis and then a labor bill originally it was $460?they must’ve done three hours work for that figure but they didn’t so it was reduced to $284. I asked to see what codes they recorded?. They did not record any because they didn’t check for codes. why?. They said they did a fuel diagnosis that the Injectors were faulty and spraying excessive fuel and making the truck smoke. I asked them dis you check for contamination?They did not and that was an additional fee! so what did i get for the $460? or the reduced amount $284?. I asked if I just do the injectors what would that entail? will injectors be re contaminated? no response!They gave me an estimate to replace the injectors, but they insisted on doing the whole system. My question to them was how can you justify replacing the whole system? If you haven’t checked for contaminants or contaminated fuel? still have not an answer. i also asked for a copy of the fuel system diagnostic and was told they were pushing excessive fuel. wel my question was can you tell which ones? and what were the readings? no answer!all I got was a bill for $284. UnLikely analysis was done otherwise they would’ve known given me the pressures of the failed injectors which bank the injectors that failed? Still no response so my diagnosis of the shop is total fail until I see otherwise.Therw more to the story but i’ll leave it at that.Now 4 days later and still no answer to my ?s what were the fuel pressures you supposedly checked????

Best diesel shop in central Ohio. Had my 2019 Ram 3500 in there. New injectors were done and done quick and on time. Would recommend anyone here.
