I HAVE TO REWRITE THIS REVIEW NO TIME RN HOWEVER IVE BEEN IN THIS🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋 CONTRACT FOR 17 Months nearly BBB IS GETTING A COMPLAINT FROM ME. IVE BEEN TRAPPED TRICKED RUN A MUCK AND BAMBOOZLED ALL IN ONE. This man and his mech pretty much left me high and dry when it came to RESPONDING to the auto servicers that reached out on my behalf yiy gniw me being a FEMALE & ALL they attempted to get this Steve on the phone to no avail. However Ive gnown since December last yr this jeep was DOPED UP & SOLD TO ME FOR 3x the BLUE BOOK VALUE. HAVEN'T DRIVEN SINCE JULY & STILL STUCK WITH A $20,000. NOTE. RUINING MY SCORES ON THIS CONSUMER SIDE. THE MAN IS LOSS OF INTEGRITY. A GOOD MECHANIC HAD KEPT me moving because gnowing all my personal issues, I NEEDED TO BE MOBILE. WHEN you have a $30hr job and cabt get to work or get to work and use your whole yrs worth of TRIPLE A in less than 1 month in JANUARY. YOU GNOW YOU BEEN HAD. Well I gnew that before December 22 just didn't gnow how bad it was. This damn man 😤😤😤> I'm sure this mechanic does good service. I've gnot had the pleasure since the purchase of this vehicle & the consistent engine light among other things needed tended too. Other repair service locations have had to take care of the AC in the dead of heat waved summer, Now with an ordeal as I've recently had a issue on the back roads hills and valleys on WAkrons East side "lower" Eastside & reached out to the Sales Department where My financial instrument was used upon purchase. Crickets, Sake is supposedly *Warrented* Unsure why the Lot owner has neglected to correspond with me again but it's beging to look like after The pay out for extended Credit to transact your moved to the back as your gnot a potential pay check AFTER you've already locked yourself into a "SO CALLED DEBT" but this is where consumer laws actually can change that name of that tune. It's pretty distasteful to be treated less than "A VALUED" *CONSUMER*.

Quoted me 2 days, got my car back a week and a half later without any kind of update on status. My car came back with more lights on then when I gave it to them and had to get the job redone at another place due to wheel bearings still being loose. In the end stay away!!!! They will end up costing yoy more money.

I’ve never been able to find “my mechanic” until I met Steve and his team. Over the last 5 years I have taken my 3 cars here for everything. They did a complete suspension job on my Porsche Boxster for a fraction of the price of the dealership. They put a new engine in my 2012 Chevy traverse during the boom of the car market for a great price and have brought my Kia Rio back from the grave more times than I would like to admit. Trustworthy team. Great prices. I’m glad to have finally found my mechanic.

I don’t even know how to thank Towpath Auto Services. I was in an emergency situation after driving two hours from PA to realize my car was spraying gasoline under the hood. I had a repair done back home earlier in the week and my car was not put back together correctly. The mechanics at Towpath invited us to come in without an appointment, tightened the loose fuel lines, cleaned up the sprayed gas, and reassured us that our vehicle was safe to drive. I thought my weekend of hiking at Cuyahoga Valley National Park was ruined and they saved the day and my entire trip. I don’t even want to know what could have happened if they hadn’t helped us. THANK YOU!

I was referred to this place by a few people and was messaged directly by the owner to discuss my car issue. He squeezed me in the very next day. His mechanics diagnosed my issue, provided a fair quote and completed the work very quickly. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely trust then again for future needs.

These guys are seriously a God send! I have been coming to this dealership and auto service place for over 5 years now. Every time they are willing to help and go above and beyond the call of duty. They have five star service and they are also the cheapest around. They tell you exactly what your car needs and don’t overcharge you for anything. They also keep you updated on your car and let’s you know what you can wait on. Seriously I will never go anywhere else. I am beyond thankful for everything they have done for me!!! Thank you thank you thank you for your service!!!!
