When searching for an Auto Repair Station in Royal Oak, Michigan, local users have several options to consider for their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. One such establishment is Top Tech Auto Repair, located at 3110 Rochester Rd, Royal Oak, MI 48073, USA. They can be contacted at (248) 585-0980 or their mobile number, +1 248-585-0980.

Information regarding the physical environment of Top Tech Auto Repair is not detailed in the provided text. Typically, auto repair shops aim to have a functional space equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to service vehicles. Customers often look for a clean and organized environment that inspires confidence in the quality of work being performed. However, without specific descriptions, it is challenging to provide an objective assessment of the environment at Top Tech Auto Repair.

The services offered by Top Tech Auto Repair are implied to include general car repair, as indicated by the customers who sought their assistance. One customer specifically mentioned bringing their car in twice for AC repair. This suggests that AC servicing was intended to be within their service offerings. However, the negative outcome, with the AC still not functioning after two attempts and at what the customer described as an "outrageous price," raises concerns about the effectiveness and pricing of this particular service.

Another customer's experience further sheds light on the services and current operational status of Top Tech Auto Repair. This individual inquired about leaving their car for an AC issue but was informed that Top Tech Auto Repair was not working on AC repairs at that time, citing a backlog of cars needing repair in their lot. This suggests potential limitations in their service offerings or capacity at certain times. It also highlights a discrepancy with the first review, where AC repair was attempted but reportedly unsuccessful.

Based on the limited information available, the features of Top Tech Auto Repair are difficult to ascertain positively. The negative reviews point to potential issues with service quality, particularly in AC repair, and customer service. The first reviewer described the customer service as "incredibly rude" when they confronted the business about the unresolved AC issue. This is a significant concern for any customer seeking reliable and satisfactory auto repair services.

The second review also indirectly points to a potential lack of timely service or efficient workflow, as the shop appeared to be significantly behind on repairs. This might lead to longer wait times for customers seeking service.

Currently, there is no promotional information available for Top Tech Auto Repair in the provided text. Typically, auto repair shops might offer discounts on specific services, seasonal specials, or introductory offers for new customers. However, without any such information, it is not possible to comment on any promotional activities at this time.

Considering the platform category of Auto Repair Stations, the primary expectation for local users is to find a reliable place that can accurately diagnose and effectively repair their vehicle issues. The provided customer feedback for Top Tech Auto Repair raises significant concerns regarding their ability to deliver on these expectations, at least in the area of AC repair. The conflicting information about whether they even work on AC, coupled with the negative outcome of a paid service, suggests potential inconsistencies or issues with their expertise in this area.

Furthermore, the reported rudeness of customer service is a serious drawback. Positive customer interactions are crucial in service-oriented businesses, and negative experiences can deter potential and returning customers alike. The information about the shop being significantly behind on other repairs also suggests potential challenges in timely service delivery.

In conclusion, while Top Tech Auto Repair is listed as an Auto Repair Station in Royal Oak, Michigan, the available customer reviews present a concerning picture. Potential local users should be aware of the reported issues with AC repair, customer service, and potential delays. It is advisable to consider these points carefully when making a decision about where to take their vehicle for service. Without any positive feedback or promotional information to counter these negative experiences, it is challenging to recommend Top Tech Auto Repair based solely on the provided data. Local users may want to seek additional information or consider alternative auto repair options in the Royal Oak area.

This place is awful. Took my car in to fix my AC two different times, both times they charged me an outrageous price claiming that they fixed my problem, but my AC is still not functioning. Customer service was incredibly rude when confronted.

I visited them needing car repair. Asked them if I could leave my car to have air conditioning issue looked at. They told me they didn't work on A/C and told me to look at all the cars in their lot needing repair. They were way behind. I took my car to Firestone. Was repaired in 1 day. Think twice about going here.

The service advisor doesn't listen. Took my car in because the power steering pump was leaking and so was some oil. Turned out it was the head gasket that said to replace a solenoid sensor. While they were in there, I was told, "Well, we don't know the part number, so." As if they couldn't just figure it out, I explained it was fine because I had an old one from the passenger side they could use as a reference. It's the same part. Get a call saying they put the head gasket back on but not the sensor because it was old and rusted. Fine with the miscommunication but they should've called me to confirm. Then I pick up my car, and I'm told, "Oh, by the way, the power steering pump is leaking," THE WHOLE REASON I BROUGHT IT IN! I called later, saying that they should've communicated with me, which turned into a child-like lie: "I did call you, and you said it was fine." Why would I not want you to fix it? All the belts were off you were right there! Now I'm probably just going to do it myself because I'd rather not pay extra labor because some dimwit couldn't call for confirmation.

To say this business blew me away in an understatement. I Just picked up my car and I had to leave a review. The service was exceptional and professional. The precautions that were taken during this Covid-19 time were remarkable. They gave a reasonable price for my breaks and rotors. They called and asked before doing the work and were so attentive with me. This is the Only place I will be taking my car going forward. Thank you so much!

This was a AAA reference because my control arm broke. They did fix it and the cost wasn't bad and I got a AAA discount. They offered to do an oil change because my light was on and I said sure because it would save me time. However, when I picked up my car the light was still on, there was no sticker change, and when I checked my oil it was empty. When I called to try and get it fixed it was after hours with no voicemail. They also are closed on the weekend, which was fine for me in this scenario but in any other I would've had to get a rental to get to work.
