My clients car has been in the shop since the beginning of January. Was given a quote by the insurance insurance and paid upfront for the work to be done. Almost the end of February and they still are working on it. Joe, who is the manager keeps telling my client one or two more days, Called in that timeframe And they find another problem. We also walked in to check On the car and it had Water stains from when it rained and they left the window open!! I’ve had a whole engine replaced faster than it took to replace the radiator. They also said they were pushed back because of the wrap that was on the car which now they say we have to take to the original place?? They make a bunch of excuses. When we took the tour and looked at the car, a lot of the employees just seem to On break. We had left a couple items in the car, which are now gone. They’re probably riding around in his car😑. Also, the lady at the front desk seems to be bothered by always checking in on his car very rude to my client as if she’s annoyed To do her job. Should’ve looked at the reviews before we Took our car here. 2/25/25 Update: picked up car and Corvette tire valves caps for the car were replaced with stock ones. Who knows what else’s is wrong with the car that I haven’t noticed. Would ask about them but tell just say it was the tow yard who had his car before. 😑

Excellent Service!!! I highly recommend taking your vehicle there. Not only is their service great, but the quality of their work was TOP TIER!! From the start of when I pulled up, Ed greeted me and made sure to write down all my concerns and needs of my vehicle. Robert Arellano and Anthony Roque were the gentlemen who worked on my vehicle and hands down, I 100% recommend them to my family and friends for any work needed!! 2023 Tacoma TRD4x4OFF ROAD brought here Nov. 17ish got it back Dec27th, Joe and his team do great paint ,body work . Great job thank you… However I am missing my Gerber seraded edge knife 9” blade. Of course no one ever seen it. Neither will I Again. I picked up my truck and noticed the Tacoma emblem on the passenger door was shinny chrome so I was handed a black enlay,Joe said it’s easy to put on,😂😂ok I’ll got it. Just recently there passenger window is not smooth rolling up nor down. I drove over to The shop 02/12/2025 was told by Joe to spray WD40 inside the track , which works as a bandage for a few days. I understand that this truck ain’t the same as it once was , even the horn is got a different tune 😂. I don’t care for theifs. Someone took my knife from that shop. IF your vehicle goes there better take your stuff out

They care more about their relationship with the insurance company than doing the right thing and replacing damaged and unsafe parts. They don’t fight for their customers, they fight for their insurance companies. Update to their response: It took me fighting with their insurance company, going through my insurance company and the supervisor of the other parties insurance company to get the rest of my repairs approved. As for them contacting me, they haven’t made one single attempt. I’ve left multiple messages for Joe. Last call to him was on August 2nd. Once I was told he’s on lunch at 345pm when they close at 430. The second time I was told he was with a customer and would call me. Still no call back. The other parties insurance admitted they have the part they have been waiting on and will call me to schedule the repair. That was Wednesday July 31st. Still no call back to schedule my repairs.
