Tire Discounters

Told me they couldn't fix my tire because tread was too low. But they could sell me a new set. Went to Chapman and they told me the treads were fine. Said I won't need new tires for awhile. Guess who I will buying new tires from now?

Horrible experience! Do NOT go to this branch in Marysville. Previous experience at another Tire Discounters was good. Went to this branch on 1/25/2025 because they have an opening on a Saturday. After the left front tire was replaced, they gave us the key and thought everything went smoothly; only to find out that the handle of the spare tire cover at the back was ripped out. Only reason we found out was that the cover was left jacked up and obstructing the view from the rear view mirror. I understand that these things happen, but not to declare that you caused damage to a car is NEVER acceptable. To make matters worse, they kept arguing that the cover was flimsy and repeatedly said “what do you want me to do”. For some reason, I could not get across the point that if you caused damage to a customer’s car, no matter how small, it should be declared before you let the customer go. That’s the big disappointment. Reflects poor staff training. We insisted that they should repair the cover which they thankfully did, but not after some back and forth.

While I am grateful for the same day patch plug repair that this store provided. The condition they left my vehicle in and the time it took to perform the repair is not acceptable. My drivers seat, steering wheel, door panel and center console were returned to me with oil / road grime stains. I was advised the repair would only take a few minutes, which turned into almost two hours. In the future it would be wise to have your shop employees wear rubber gloves while performing vehicle service and to utilize seat protectors and steering wheel protectors to cut down on the above issues. Having a store manager review the condition of the customer vehicle before releasing it would also be advisable.

After going here for several years, will not be back. Definitely go if you want the wrong alignments/tires not balanced. After calling and telling them what’s going on, we go back a 2nd time still couldn’t correct the issue. We chose to go to another tire shop and magically they fixed the issue and said the ALIGNMENT and BALANCE was completely off. Call TD to hopefully get a refund where we went to another shop to fix there screw up or atleast some type of consideration, a waste of time. Good luck.

I have been a fan of Tire Discount tires for several years. I would recommend going to any other locations than Marysville Ohio. I made an appointment a few days ahead of time and wait 40 minutes to find out they do not have the tires that I had ordered. I have bought 4+ sets of tires over the years and this location is the one that let me down. I will never go back to the Marysville location again. I have told so many people to go to Tire Discounters and will never do this again after my experience with the Marysville location. Thanks a lot for ruining a company that I have so highly thought of for so many years.

Appointment through their website doesn't work, waste of time, I end up making an appointment when I went there. The appointment was 8am, the car was done at 9:30am, only oil change. They changed the oil (I hope). They didn't mentioned anything about my filters, tire pressure or anything other than the price that I had to pay, which is weird, so a day after the service, my tires are low and there is no windshield water (which usually they refill). The wait room is ok, loud TV with 24hour news (annoying), a couple of uncomfortable chairs. It doesn't make sense to me, why the experience of changing our cars oil has to be so miserable. (profit?)

Zach and Patrick helped me throughout the entire process of getting New Wheels & Tires for my car, they were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout the entire process.....huge Shout out to Tire Discounters in Marysville, Ohio and the entire Crew that was working on 4/22/25 for all being so professional and getting me in and out in a very timely manner!!! I will continue to come here for my Automotive Needs!!

Service was great. Made the appointment on Friday for Monday. Team completed the requested work and on time. They presented many options and price points. Vehicle rides very well.
