The lobby is incredible! Staff were so accommodating when I asked for a private space to nurse my baby. Amenities are top notch. As a bonus, we were there on a Saturday and they had a buffet lunch for customers. Helen was super helpful and friendly!

No Star for this dealer I bought the car here on Black Friday, after the whole paperwork signed they said this car has only one car key if you need another one go to any Honda dealer to make the copy. And they said the license plate will be sent to me in 30-45 days but when my temporary license expired I still didn’t get it, I called them and they said take your title to BMV to get the license plate. So BE CAREFUL when you buy car here. Thank you for Black Friday Special

Caleb Eickhoff is wonderful and polite. Cares about the customer so much. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would always schedule my service with him. If I could give caleb 100 stars instead of 5 I will.

Always friendly service from Jennifer. Helpful videos from techs. Everything explained fully. Clean, comfortable waiting area with snacks and work stations. Marysville deserves excellent Honda service and this place meets that expectation!

I’ve been bringing my car here for 2 years. First time writing a review. Came in for an oil change and brake replacement. Shoutout to Caleb E.; I would’ve given 3 stars if he had not been the person to accommodate me. He understood my needs and performed far better than the first service person. I was relieved that I arrived 4 hours prior my scheduled time, as I had waited for 6 hours. Despite the unexpected delays, thanks to my technician Brianna W., I was able to drive my car home the same day.

They do the job for standard maintenance. I think if you’re willing to pay their price and accept their maintenance schedule for things, they’ll do a fine job. However, during my last visit I felt rushed and felt like my vehicle did not receive an actual full inspection with my oil change. It made me feel like there’s a lack of transparency and I lost trust in their service. For example, I changed my cabin air filter the same day prior to my visit. My inspection stated that the air filter was “yellow” and I was told it may need to be replaced soon. When I corrected them, they just shrugged their shoulders and brushed it off. I then later checked my air filter and it didn’t even seem like they even checked it at all.

Greeted and checked in with a smile. Let me know exactly what services were being completed. A video and detailed service report was texted to me along with an end conversation explaining everything they did. Options for payments were offered in case you weren't able to pay all at once. Overall, it was a great experience.

It has always been a wonderful experience bring your car for service and lowest cost in town. If you are in town and need service you know where to stop. The staffs are friendly and recommend you what is best for your vehicle and give you options as to when you can fix it😊
