Oil changed on Friday. all of my oil on my garage floor Monday morning when I went to leave for work. Took it back in, NO apologies were given. Reason given-there were 2 gaskets left on. Well I didn鈥檛 put one there.. apparently your mechanic didn鈥檛 know what he/she was doing. Over an hour to correct the problem they caused, late for work, and zero care because sitting at your desk and vaping are more important than everything else. The following day (Saturday) my husband has oil changed, because I was clueless my oil was on the garage floor. Today he stopped at the Chevy dealership on Sawmill to have his tire checked. Of course they look over entire truck. Asked where he had an oil change because the filter is either old or not put on the truck properly 馃槨 we鈥檙e done with the Marysville location! They emailed me a survey, I tried to fill it out, it came back saying the link was expired or I had already taken the survey. BS I clicked on it immediately to complete it, no way it was expired. I then emailed them directly to let them know of the issues and never received a response. Yet they call, email, text 5-8 times a day from the sales department.

Went early in the morning, waiting while they did my oil change and tire rotation. Was in and out SUPER QUICK. Huge fan of that. Normally have to wait a long time at other places

I have to say this is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. First off the prices are so off base compared to every other repair shop. The people working the front are rude and seem like they hate their job. Had my car on a two week parts order to fix and after calling in myself after two weeks I was told "we can't get the part and can't fix your car". Was told to look for another alternative or sell the car. Can't sell the car if I have a major issue that wil hurt the value. Even if I buy another Chrysler will drive out of town to have it fixed. This place is the worst.

Went in with my car having a steering issue and ABS light. They diagnosed (over $200) the car to needing both rear wheel bearings replaced throwing off the stabilitrak. I didn't like the quoted price so I decided to replace the wheel bearings myself. Turned out that only 1 side was bad, Not very happy to be quoted double the amount when only 1 wheel side was faulty or being charged for misdiagnosing.
