I’m not usually the type to write reviews, but I had a truly exceptional experience here yesterday. I was able to get a same day appointment for new tires and have an above and beyond service experience. Lance was extremely helpful and thorough in both the drop off and pickup process. Despite some challenges on my end, Lance made the experience super positive. I will definitely be back, and you should request him if you go!

Don't even bother going here. Drive a few miles down to Firestone! The customer service you receive isn't comparable. Lance is beyond rude, arrogant & actually turned business away. Came to Firestone, got my a new tire & was welcomed by smile & amazing customer service. Scroll down & you'll continue to read negative reviews from this location. Its unfortunate management takes time to respond to reviews but doesn't actually fix the core issues. Begin with your staff!!!!

After booking an appointment online, I received a phone call stating that they can’t possibly keep up with the business that they have and that I should not plan on waiting for my oil change. It would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours I told him I absolutely had to have my car back in four hours. I, admittedly, was 25 minutes late for my appointment. When checking my car in I asked again if I would have my car back in time, this time receiving a snarky comment about he heard me the first two times, and that amount of time would be sufficient. Lo and behold it took five hours to get my oil changed. 5 hours!! When we arrived to drop off the car, there was no parking anywhere, and four employees sitting around their garage area doing absolutely nothing. I can see why they can’t keep up with their business when nobody is working. When there are a million other places to choose to get my oil changed, nothing about this experience makes me want to return to this business. ***Edited to add*** after picking up our car, the magnet from our son's school had been removed (dirty outline still there, I had just washed the car that morning, and I know it was still there when I dropped off the car) and all of my radio stations were changed, the mph was changed to kmh... Obviously they didn't care for being called on their nonsense when I was on the phone with them. How petty can you be?? I hope corporate takes note, this franchise is ruining it for the whole brand***

Lance and has team were awesome! Service was top notch. Not only did they change my oil but they did a small repair to my inner fender for free! I also got my oil change from Groupon and it was incredible value! I would highly recommend this business!

I arrived at the location around mid afternoon to have an oil service and vehicle inspection performed. Which, the service(s) were purchased through Groupon. I was informed that the shop has fleet service accounts, and my vehicle couldn't be serviced this day. It was recommended that I return at 8am the following morning to be a first in line customer. I did return & arrived the following morning at 8am. I was informed that my vehicle should be ready by noon; and, that I'd receive a call to come pick it up. I scheduled my daily work activities around the service, when I might pick it up, who would be available to take me to retrieve the vehicle, etc. Noon rolls around, no call. 2pm, no call. 4pm, no call. I call; the vehicle was ready; been ready!! When I did pick up the vehicle the remaining balance due was paid, and I was left to leave. No explanation of the 'vehicle inspection'. When I asked about the inspection I was told, 'Yeah, everything looked ok. You're all good to go." My intention with the sevice and vehicle inspection was to learn about the life left in the brake pads, bushings in the front end components, and the front shocks which seem to be at their end. I received nothing that will inspire me to return to have any of these services performed. Furthermore, I could have taken it to any other oil service shop and received more information on the condition of my vehicle. And, while I waited on my first visit; No coming back the next day and leaving the car for hours (all day, actually). I chose this shop as I assumed I would receive a more comprehensive report from the inspection. And, was fully expecting to have services performed. Not now, not there.

I called this afternoon for an appointment to get my brakes inspected. I got new brakes here last August and they're a bit squeaky now. I came into the shop same afternoon and Brandon greeted me with a smile and was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful! They cleaned the brake dust and I was back on the road! I got an estimate from Brandon for four new tires and an alignment I'll be needing soon! Great experience here with Brandon! He even took the time to check the air in my tires and add some before I drove off! They were all busy here and still took the time to care for me and my car! Great service! Thanks to Brandon!

Tire Choice Miramar gave me a great free tire & brake inspection. I originally came in for a rotation, but I settled for a set of 4 new Firestones with the staff's advice. The waiting time was a bit long, considering, but they did offer a good selection. I would recommend Tire Choice Miramar for Truck/ suv owners.

Discovered TireChoice through Groupon and so glad I did! Exceptional service, they recommended treatment, but no hard selling, just a pleasant experience all around! I will, definitely, be back!
