This is scam shop,let me tell you , my car got coolant leak, i bring this building looking for John Tran, i did not know this building have 3 shop different owner, i asking John Tran he siad , John off today, it fine to me, he not scan to find out where is leaking, he just open the hood then show me where it is wet the toll me nee replace 2 parts, not OEM $655 ( you can buy online $350 both parts ) and labor total $945, i said ok, , i left and i forgot tell him do oem not aftermarket, he said it more $150, , i am fine with that, after he done that day, i paid full then coming back another day cause it leaking more then it was, now he scan and said leaking oil another place , omg the parts he did install last time even not broken he just guesses to charge me, i find out John Tran is not work here, he work on same building but SUITE A ,Brandon try charge me $650 again i tell him put back together then bring to suite A , John Tran take care for me, not trust the shop,i through only me not lucky, i meet a customer here with Toyota 2017 prius 77k miles he tell that lady is gasket broken, $25500 total or changing new engine used $40k mile $1800 and labor $1000 , i tell that lady over charging not even that broken, i tell him bring to John Tran Suite A, John find out not a gasket broken lol ,no engine broken, fix 1/2 price ,she lucky not me, người việt nam mình không nên đến đây, đó là một sự lừa đảo chuyên nghiệp, your problem will not fixed

If you want to save a few bucks and come to this place and listen rudeness of the owner, then maybe you could come here. Otherwise, I would suggest you to go elsewhere if you want to have more appropriate service like that not ruin your day right from early morning when you meet unpolite owner when you ask a clarification for a price that was given to you. Hope that would help someone not to make a mistake I had there.

I had a great experience at Brandon Auto Smog Repair! The team was polite and knowledgeable, and they did a great job on my Toyota Tundra brakes and Smog Test. I will definitely come back for future service and also will refer my friends and family. Great job guys!

While meeting my wife from at the tire shop in the same lot I parked in an unmarked stall because their parking lot is narrow and it was the easiest to get in and out of with my truck. Another bay in the neighboring building wasn't occupied by a business so there were other spaces available to leave vehicles waiting to be serviced. Still, they blocked me in with a vehicle they weren't working on and got hostile when I inquired about the vehicle behind me. They told me I'd have to wait for the manager to move the vehicle though there were at least half a dozen people standing around. Total wait time was over 30 minutes.

I had my smog check done here because of the $30 ($21.75+$8.25) smog check price with coupon. While they did the smog check for $30, they were also recommending a brake job, which would cost $200. I had no issue with my brakes. Thus, I declined the brake job. The cheap smog check seems to be a tactic to get customers in the door and then they try to add add-on repairs. To top it off, there was a sizeable crack in my windshield after the smog check. I believe they dropped something on my windshield during the smog check process... Pros: cheap smog check Cons: potential add-on repairs, sloppiness leading to vehicle damage
