Sprinter Service & Repair San Diego

I recently had my Sprinter van serviced at this repair company, and I'm really happy with the outcome. The primary issue was a transmission problem. They fix it promptly and effectively. Throughout the process, their team was professional and kept me informed. They also checked the rest of the van for any other problems and fixed them too. I got my van back sooner than expected, and it's been running smoothly ever since. I highly recommend this repair company for their great service and expertise!!

I have been coming to Sprinter Repair for a few years now. I’ve shopped around San Diego and been to many very well reviewed shops around the country in our travel days, but this is the best. This team is honest, efficient, and flexible. The prices are always fair and they do great work. It’s hard to find a sprinter shop with all of that, so I’m incredibly grateful to have it in my home city!

I will let anyone that will listen to me know how great the service, professionalism, and quality of work was that I received at Sprinter Service and Repair. I was apprehensive about the work I needed done because it was extensive and expensive! The vehicle I brought in was not the same vehicle I got back. It drove as if it were new. Got so tired of solar-tending my battery I purchased a replacement from a dealership where I was quoted a steep cost to install and about half a day to wait. So I called this shop where I have previously brought my unit for a service interval maintenance. I was agreeable with the cost to install and that they could get to it soon as I arrive. A quick assessment was made and work was completed within an hour. As a nomad, I appreciate the quick and professional work. Kudos to Vlad and his team.

For everything Sprinter, this is my go to shop that I trust with my 2008 Sprinter. We are so happy to have found the shop as we get great Mercedes trained service that is priced favorably. They have serviced our Sprinter twice in nearly as many years. Thank you for the great work!

I have trusted SS&R for all my maintenance and repair needs of our work van for over 2 years now. The Sprinter works hard and it's reassuring to not worry about how it will perform. Everyone there is courteous and knowledgeable. The prices are great and appointments mean something with them. I will never take our van elsewhere. I was on the road from WA state to San Diego and suddenly smelt diesel when my AC or just circulating air was on. Found a dripping mess under my van on Tuesday afternoon. Found Sprinter Service & Repair online, made an appointment on their website for 9am on Wednesday morning. They had my van fixed along with my service B that was due in 100 miles and I was back on the road that same day by noon. AMAZING service and competitive pricing, I will definitely return for anything I need when I’m in San Diego. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

The guys here really know their stuff and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My experience is that they are honest and trustworthy, they helped me every step along the way decide what needed to be done and what could wait a bit longer. Sprinter Service was a great find for me. They have performed all the necessary service requirements on my 2019 Mercedes Sprinter Winnebago motorhome several times. They are quick and efficient and best of all you can make an online appointment to get in in just a matter of days, instead of months like at the Mercedes or RV dealer. Very fairly priced too. Highly recommend.
