I can't say enough great things about this auto service shop! Baptist, the owner, is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly personable and dedicated to providing the best service possible. The shop is clean, organized, and equipped with the latest tools to get the job done right the first time. It's clear that Baptist and his team take pride in their work, and I trust them completely with my vehicle. If you're in Miramar or the surrounding areas, I highly recommend this place! I definitely recommend this place, very honest workers, same day service, they have helped with my camshafts, water pump, radiator, oil leaks, etc. Awesome pricing wouldn’t go anywhere but here for car work.

I would give a -1 stars if I could. The owner, said that I needed a repair to fix my automobile that would correct the problem. He charged over $700 and the car ran for 10 minutes and stopped. I had the car towed back to his shop to correct it. He argued with me stating he told me that the fix may not work and refused to refund my money and wanted me to pay over $3,000 to replace the engine which he now says was always the problem. He is a scam mechanic and his license are no longer valid. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. He is unqualified, unethical and disingenuous and will only take your money!!!

Highest quality of customer service! Baptist quickly diagnosed my Prius engine light warning, discovered multiple issues I was unaware of( including a malfunctioning water pump and rat damage), acquired parts, made the repairs and provided an oil change in a matter of hours. He saved my engine. The front desk person ( I'm sorry I forget her name) is so friendly and professional. She expedited the delivery of my car parts, was very clear regarding the price of the parts, the cost of labor and the final bill. The cost of labor was surprisingly affordable. Their professionalism, friendliness and affordability makes BAAA Auto Service stand out among dozens of other auto repair businesses in the area.

I have never had issues with this shop. He’s always been great and very informative. He shows me the issues explains it to me and lets me know I can get a second opinion and if he’s wrong he will double check again and if it turns out to be wrong will gladly beat the price from your second opinion. He’s never done any bad work for me and has worked with me on payments as well and loaner cars. I don’t understand the negative reviews big everyone is entitled to their opinion. If you didn’t like his diagnosis and price go get a second opinion. Don’t get the work done then complain. I think the shop does great work!

Baptist and his team were great. They replaced my radiator faster and at a lower cost than anywhere else I found. Excellent customer service. Would be happy to recommend BAAA to anyone

I absolutely can not say enough good things about BAAA and the owner Baptist. Last year my sons Dodge Avenger had an error code that said to replace the wheel bearings. I called multiple places and received qoutes for $772.00 and the lowest was $658.0. I called BAAA and Baptist quoted me $400.00 so he repaired it and did a test drive but the error code was still there. He then diagnosed that the speed sensor on the other side should be replaced he said if I brought in the part he would do the speed sensor for free. I did that and he had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Don't waste your time shopping around other places go to BAAA and see Baptist...you can thank me later.
