Rob the owner is a great advocate for anyone dealing with their insurance company. He will fight for you and make sure that the job is done correctly and with the correct parts. People forget that the insurance adjusters job is to pay the least amount of money so the insurance company pays the least amount of money. That leaves the client would subpar parts and not brought to whole like the definition of insurance. I brought my wife's BMW there and his work was above and beyond my expectations. He stands by his work and his knowledgeable professional in his industry.

It appears that their main objective is to get more money from insurance company. Charged over $650 for an estimate, they tossed car parts in trunk, then had car towed to a reputable body shop.
