My Vehicle was brought in for service, oil change, front brakes and rotors, alignment and inspection. The vehicle was also having the check engine indicator light comming on intermittently. The vehicles transmission was slipping. After a few days the service advisor calls stating the battery has to be replaced and the part for the transmission is not available and no idea when they can get it. The service advisor always rude and condisending when I would inquire on updates when the vehicle would be ready. The vehicle was in the shop for 2 months. When I picked up the vehicle I was told all the work was completed and told to pay the cashier. They bring my vehicle around front after I pay and give me the key. I walk out to my car was completely filthy and had oil stains on my driver door and sill. I then noticed I had no inspection on the windshield. Instead was an inspection report that said it failed. When I asked Rose the service advisor why and what was wrong with the vehicle she began yelling at me and telling me to leave. The service manager Seth said the vehicle had to be driven a week due to the repairs and wouldn't pass inspection. So when I asked why did you do it and charge me he had no answer any why. As I was leaving Rose began yelling at me and demanding I thank her. The service manager was present as she continued to yell at me and then told me to get out, Seth never corrected her. I would never be back nor will I ever buy a GM vehicle again. I would never recommend King ORouke to anybody. I don't believe I am the first to be treated this way by your service department. I own multiple vehicles and have them serviced and dealership constantly and never have I been treated this way or had ny vehicle returned to me this way and being charged for a service they knew wouldn't work.

I was very disappointed to find out my oil change cost 162.00. That is outrageous. I called and spoke to Carmine the service manager to see if there was some kind of mistake and he made it clear it was not. I bought 2 cars from this dealership and really believed you were different, but sadly you are not. As I said to Carmine, I will not be back, which he pretty much said good bye.

All the advisors behind the counter went out of their way to say hello to me, I forgot the coupon I had at home and my advisor was nice enough to offer me a discount. I've used a lot of dealerships in my time, but this one is easily the worst by far. My truck had an ac condenser issue and check engine light on. They diagnosed the engine light and said it's $3k for repair. I said ok go ahead with the repair. However they misdiagnosed my ac issue saying that the compressor is also bad which I knew wasn't true and is still in the truck working perfectly but we all know they work on commission so why not charge parts that still work?? Clearly I declined that repair. 50 miles down the road and my engine light comes back on. Truck goes back in the shop and they said they were backed up for a few days. 2 weeks later they still hadn't fully diagnosed the issue. I talked to the shop Manager, Kevin Donaldson, who was no help and could barely get him on the phone. When I threatened to give them a bad report on their customer service survey they sent out, they said they need approval at $220hr for 4 to 5 hrs to look into it. This is a repeat repair...I already paid 3k and it's in the shop with the SAME CODE . I pulled the truck out of there. Rose Nason was the service advisor and Kevin Donaldson, who was the service manager, were absolutely terrible to work with and completely untrustworthy. As my wife was talking to Rose about all these issues and wondering why a manager was not here talking to us dealing with this issue face to face, as any reputable dealership would, she noticed a man listening to the conversation. She realized later that it was the service manager, Kevin, standing there listening but not getting involved. What kind of manager is that? He was a few feet away and made eye contact with my wife multiple times but would not come over to discuss further. Now the dealership will respond to this with lies to make themselves look good but trust me unless you're under warranty DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Edit! I also asked the dealership to check the wire harness since it's a known issue. You'll see the text there they checked it and said it's good. The other Pic is from me finding tje harness issue. Just horrible service!!
