I took my car here a couple of days ago and the service was great but when I received my car back, I noticed some of my things from my car were missing. They did end up taking it to another shop. So I am not sure if it was the auto shop or the other place they took it to. Luckily the stuff they took was not important and easily replaceable. So just be careful of what u leave in ur car. Not everyone seems trustworthy. I'm not mad just warning people to be careful.

The service manager provided superb service and detailed the nature of the vehicles problems. They knew exactly what to do. They even worked with my warranty company which we really appreciated! They are busy and an appointment is needed but I can see why.

Jesse and his team recently completed a headlight assembly replacement and a windshield reservoir replacement on my Honda pilot. Communication was great and all work was completed as detailed. Thanks for the quality, professionalism, communication.

This was our first visit to The Auto Shop. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Lori in the front office. She is kind, efficient and very thorough. We asked for a routine service and oil change. I have had some issues with my Buick for the past couple of years. Two different service agencies have taken care of my car and found nothing. Within a short time, we were contacted via email and text that two issues were detected. We were sent an estimate detailing the repairs to review. We authorized the repairs. My car is in perfect repair. We will continue to use THE AUTO SHOP for both our vehicles in the future. In a day that service is not what it used to be, The Auto Shop is unmatched. Thank you!
