As a new resident of Visalia CA, I hoped to find a new Automotive Repair Shop that I wanted to make "My" mechanic shop. By chance, I drove by Jenkins Automotive for info on replacing a Mazda fuel pump. The essence of my conversation with John prompted me to direct my attention to other mechanical concerns (Mazda fuel pumps were very reliable). Two other shops I next visited had their pens out ready to schedule an appointment to replace my fuel pump. Many others have mentioned Friendly, Trustworthy and Knowledgeable when it comes to Jenkins Automotive. Check, Check and Check! I now have 3 visits with "My" home mechanic shop Jenkins Automotive (No, not the fuel pump!). Many Thanks to Joe, John and the Crew. Totally Recommended!

When my husband and I first moved to Visalia, we knew we were gonna have a challenge finding a quality place to take all our vehicles to. We had taken our vehicles to 2 other places and were not happy with either visit. But we were at the hands of auto places to fix our vehicles. Then one day out of nowhere we were told about a place called 'Jenkin's'. We were told they were good people and their prices were fair and so were the folks running it. We knew when we walked in those doors we were going to be in this relationship for the long haul. Joe and John are tops in my book. Very professional, good at what they do. Thank you 'Jenkin's' for being the best. Thank you for all the years you have taken care of each and every vehicle we have owned. And it has been many. So grateful. Be safe and be well.
