Tennessee Truck & Trailer Repair Introduce

Tennessee Truck & Trailer Repair, situated at 702 Riviera Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37130, USA, operates within the platform category of Auto Repair Stations, catering specifically to the needs of truck and trailer owners. As a local business, it aims to provide essential services for maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles. Understanding the environment, services, features, and customer experiences associated with Tennessee Truck & Trailer Repair is crucial for local users seeking reliable auto repair solutions for their trucks and trailers.

Information regarding the physical environment of Tennessee Truck & Trailer Repair is not explicitly available in the provided data. However, as a dedicated truck and trailer repair facility, it can be inferred that the premises are equipped to handle large vehicles. This would typically include spacious service bays, specialized tools and equipment designed for heavy-duty repairs, and potentially an area for parts storage. The focus is likely on functionality and accessibility for commercial vehicles rather than elaborate aesthetics. Customers can likely expect a working environment geared towards efficient and effective repairs.

The services offered by Tennessee Truck & Trailer Repair, as suggested by its name and the available customer reviews, primarily encompass the repair and maintenance of trucks and trailers. One positive review highlights a successful repair of a bearing failure, followed by comprehensive servicing of other wheel components, including bearing replacements and brake assembly replacements on a rear axle. This indicates expertise in handling critical mechanical issues common in heavy-duty vehicles. The willingness of the customer to rely on their services for future needs, even planning routes through their location, speaks to a positive experience with the quality of work performed.

However, it is essential to consider all available feedback to gain a balanced perspective. A contrasting negative review presents a serious accusation of unprofessional conduct, including the alleged refusal to provide photographic evidence of work done, suspicion of parts theft, and actions leading to the vehicle being towed and incurring additional repair costs. This starkly different account raises concerns about transparency and the overall customer service experience in at least one instance.

Based on the mixed reviews, it is challenging to definitively characterize the features of Tennessee Truck & Trailer Repair. The positive review suggests features such as honesty ("Dylan was honest"), fair pricing ("fair," "reasonable"), prompt service ("prompt"), and a willingness to discuss and address broader maintenance needs. The customer's trust and intention for future business also imply a level of competence and satisfactory workmanship in that particular case.

Conversely, the negative review paints a picture of a service provider lacking transparency, potentially dishonest ("didn't put any parts on," "Stole parts"), and causing additional problems and expenses for the customer. The refusal to provide evidence of work done is a significant point of concern regarding accountability and trust. The alleged actions leading to the truck being towed due to illegal parking further indicate a lack of professionalism and consideration for the customer's property and financial well-being.

Given the conflicting nature of the customer feedback, it is difficult to ascertain reliable promotional information. Auto repair shops sometimes offer seasonal specials, discounts on specific services, or package deals. However, without explicit information or a consistently positive service record, any potential promotions should be approached with caution. Local users are advised to directly contact Tennessee Truck & Trailer Repair at the provided phone numbers, (270) 799-0142 or +1 270-799-0142, to inquire about any current promotions and to discuss their specific repair needs. It would also be prudent to ask detailed questions about their service procedures, guarantees, and policies regarding transparency and accountability.

In conclusion, Tennessee Truck & Trailer Repair in Murfreesboro, TN, is an Auto Repair Station specializing in truck and trailer services. While one customer review praises their honesty, fairness, promptness, and quality of work, expressing strong confidence in their services, another review presents serious allegations of dishonesty, lack of transparency, and unprofessional conduct leading to significant negative consequences for the customer. This stark contrast in experiences highlights the importance for potential customers to exercise caution and due diligence. Local users considering Tennessee Truck & Trailer Repair should weigh these conflicting accounts carefully, potentially seek additional references or testimonials if available, and ensure clear communication and understanding of service expectations and billing practices before entrusting their vehicles to this repair shop. The lack of consistent positive feedback makes it difficult to provide an unequivocally positive introduction, and potential customers should proceed with informed caution.

Tennessee Truck & Trailer Repair Customer Reviews

Dylan was honest, fair, prompt and reasonable. He repaired my initial problem(BEARING FAILURE) and we discussed servicing other wheels( dial axle 5 th wheel). We replaced all bearings and both brake assemblies on rear axle. I may always go thru Kentucky and Tennessee on on I24 or I 65 so I can count on him in the future if needed. DONOT HESITATE TO USE HIS SERVICE!!

Worst guy ever. He refused to send me the pictures of the work done. Because that would prove that he didn't put any parts on. When i said i will pay only when you send me the pictures of the parts that you put on my truck as my driver wasn't there at the spot he Stole parts from my truck and cut the lines, got my truck towed by parking at an illegal spot which costed me 3 times to repair my truck.

Lost wheel bearings on my boat trailer while enroute to the lake. Luckily we were in a parking lot when we noticed which was right before the wheel came off completely. Called several mobile mechanics but none of them could do trailers. Finally called TN truck and trailer and John said he’d have to make scene to see if it could be fixed. He went over all the charges and then sent invoice and as soon as I paid he was on his way. Unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired and a new axle was needed. John took care of everything at this point. While I was calling to find an axle he had already found one and had it ordered. He even stayed on the phone with the manufacturer over the next several weeks to try to get it as quickly as possible. Due to the axle having to be ordered, the boat had be towed to a local storage facility to await repairs. John called the tow truck for us to spare us the trouble. And even called to yell at them when they passed their 30 min eta by an hour because they forgot us. He is very customer service focused. I would definitely use this company again. It is not cheap! You are paying for real roadside service and a mechanic at the same time. He was upfront with us about all charges and would even tried to shave some costs when he could. If you’re ever in a mechanical jam in Nashville area, give him a call.

Obviously….. they’re not 24 hrs if they don’t have technicians available when you call…. And should OBVIOUSLY change their Google hours…. OBVIOUSLY…. Like the nice man said!

They were super in handling my emergency car trailer repair so I could get back on the road home to Oklahoma. They opened up for me on Sunday afternoon, and installed a new axle, a new wheel and tire, a new spring, and necessary hardware on Monday morning. They had all of the parts needed. Their friendliness and concern toward me was greatly appreciated. Doug Brown, Lawton, OK.
